Nha Trang is a stunning coastal town and growing tourist hotspot in Vietnam. July and August are when temperatures reach their maximum peak, pushing towards 40^o C. Visitors are strongly recommended to travel to Nha Trang prior to June to save themselves from such scorching weather.

Often referred to as the tourist off-season, this brief but rainy season is characterized by periodic showers, cloudy skies and increased humidity levels. Being a coastal town, there is the additional possibility of typhoons, thunderstorms and potential flooding due to consistently heavy rain showers. Hence, visitors are recommended to keep a close eye on the changing weather conditions when travelling during this period. On the other hand, accommodation and tourism costs are relatively lower in the rainy season, which might make it ideal for visitors travelling on a budget.
