"What's Good: We had a wonderful experience booking our Goa trip through Travelers Solution. Manish, our agent, was extremely helpful and gave us the best deal possible. Everything was well planned and smooth. A special mention to Ashok, our driver, who was very courteous and knowledgeable, and took us to some of the best places, making our journey comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel arrangement was excellent—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to others planning a trip to Goa.

"What's Good: Boat riding at kovalam was nice. The visit was amazing. The hotels were good. I think the new Delhi arrangement was good but only the local agent was very disappointing.
What's Not Good: There were iternary booked on Monday but that places are closed on Mondays. Unable to go to periyar sanctuary park bcoz ticket were sold out 1 month back but it was in the iternary. Kanyakumari ticket had a 4 hours queue but we don't know we can book one day earlier on online. Jadayu cable car broke down. All this happen for to miscommunication and lack of information. The tempo traveller broke down for 4 hours on the was to thekaddy and all the program were delayed. The TT driver attitude was terrible, can't speak to him as he shouts for everything. Not helpful at all, drop us far away and make us walk. Need improve in all this area. Local agent didn't look into details."

"What's Good: Accomodation was par with our expectations. Danish Bhai our driver was very helpful, punctual and polite. We book 6 days package and visited Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar. Thanks to Sheeza for organising such a wonderful interenary with lovely stays.

"What's Good: The cordinator, Arohi was always available for us and at no point during the journey, we felt we were not being taken care of. I have always booked with premium travel agencies like MakeMyTrip and I was apprehensive about booking with MakeMyTravls but the overall experience was great and fantastic
What's Not Good: One aspect that i think can be done better is planning for permits. Documents required for permits were asked for at the last moment when I was already in my journey and I had to struggle to find the relevant documents while in the cab. This can be planned better"

Hats off to the driver, jerman singh an excellent calm person by nature and always provided services with a smile. Even the arrangements for the joy rides and peragliding were flawless.
