More than a driver, he felt like a family member traveling with us. His driving skills were excellent, and we always felt safe and comfortable on the hilly roads. By the end of the trip, it genuinely felt like we had made a new friend in the North East. The hotels arranged were also fabulous, and everything overall was perfectly managed — truly worth it. What's Not Good: One thing we initially didn’t like was that the first driver wasn’t a good fit for our group, which caused a bit of discomfort. However, Jagdish handled the situation very professionally and quickly arranged a driver who perfectly matched our travel style. After that, everything went smoothly and the trip felt just right. Really appreciate his responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction."
