"What's Good: The trip was arranged in a beautiful fashion. All the arrangements were good enough. The itinerary was framed excellently. we did not feel any difficulty anywhere during this trip. The Whatsapp group created by the company was of great help that made the things quite easy. Yes the trip was too tight and we could not find time to roam around the markets or old cities. Well we had experience of two accommodations, the first at Western Plus Pearl and second at Grand Fortune. Western pearl was excellent in terms of location, cleanliness and service.
What's Not Good: Well we had experience of two accommodations, the first at Western Plus Pearl and second at Grand Fortune. We could find a hell of difference between two. Western pearl was excellent in terms of location, cleanliness and service. Grand Fortune was good one but having only three stories with some Bars, Theatres, music clubs like that. It was not a peaceful and calm accommodation. Room size too was not as comfortable as in Western Pearl. Shared transportation was not good enough in second trip."

What's Not Good: “The taxi service was not good. The driver claimed that his UPI was not working and asked me to recharge his FASTag and fill his petrol tank. After I gave him the money, he did not return the full amount. It’s not about the money—this is fraudulent behavior, and the driver did not provide any valid explanation. I request that appropriate action be taken.”"

I am writing to express my gratitude for the truly amazing and memorable experience. The tour was expertly planned by the owner, Mr. Amir, who provided exceptional care and treated us like family throughout the trip. The hotels provided were very good, and our taxi driver, Mr. Nawaz bhai, was a great person with a friendly demeanor. He provided helpful advice for navigating local areas, including tips on where to go and how to bargain for pony rides. His guidance was especially valuable for our trip to Gulmarg, where he advised us to walk to the gondola ride station to avoid local vendors who aggressively try to sell auto or horse rides.

"What's Good: I had a wonderful trip of Bhutan. Thanks to Mr Samit chetri for the great arrangement and coordination .The itinerary mostly covered all the scenic sights of Bhutan. All three locations Thimphu, punakha and Paro were great. The guide provided by Samit ji was very friendly and didn't make us feel like outsiders. Overall, nice and a memorable trip to Bhutan.

Alisa Cruise 🚢 was best experience in Halong Bay. Melanie was very helpful and she noted point to point and made changes based on our request. She was there communicating with us constantly from the beginning of the trip planning and till we returned back to our place.
