"What's Good: They were unable to provide us with transportation as they already had prior bookings, so we had to arrange transport through other sources. The resort and hotels were good; however, at the time of booking, they had mentioned that the property in Pokhara would have a swimming pool. In reality, there was no swimming pool, and it was not even a resort but actually a hotel. Nevertheless, the overall stay arrangement was satisfactory.
What's Not Good: Except for Siddhartha Riverside, the food at all other hotels and resorts in Nepal was not good. They did not even have the basic courtesy to provide drinking water in the room. At the time of check-in, two bottles of water were provided, but the next morning when we asked for a refill, they said refills are only done after 12:00 PM. If we needed water before that, we had to purchase it ourselves. We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never experienced such dry and unaccommodating behavior anywhere. Refilling drinking water is a very basic courtesy that hotels and resorts should provide."

Our journey was organized through 7 Continents Adventure, a renowned travel organiser, and we would like to extend a big thank you to their entire team for managing everything so efficiently. We didn’t have to worry about anything at all, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Damber, the owner of the agency, for always being available whenever we needed assistance. He stayed in constant touch with us throughout the trip, ensuring everything went seamlessly. A heartfelt mention for Mr. Tshering, our guide provided by 7 Continents Adventure, who was absolutely amazing, patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the trip far more meaningful for us, and it truly wouldn’t have been the same without him. The vehicle provided was excellent and very comfortable, and the drivers were equally outstanding, ensuring a safe and pleasant journey throughout.

"What's Good: We recently traveled to Vaishno Devi Darbar with our family through Get Go Trip, and the entire experience was very well planned and organized. From hotels to darshan, everything was smoothly arranged and managed perfectly. We truly enjoyed the journey.
What's Not Good: The only downside was that the trip ended too soon—we wished it could have been longer, given how comfortable and enjoyable the entire experience was. Highly recommended!"

"What's Good: Our tour was a good experience, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the driver was well behaved. Rooms in kaziranga and Cheerapunjee were good.
What's Not Good: but rooms in Guwahati and Shillong were very bad, shillong room itself was very cramped, bath towels and water were provided only on request, food was only average except in Cheerapunjee, you need to pay more attention to food."
