"What's Good: Our 3 day "Best of Tsavo East and Tsavo West" safari with BAA&S was unforgettable. The sunrise game drive in the vast wilderness of Tsavo East National Park was especially amazing. The guide was very good at spotting animals. The scenery on the way to Tsavo West National Park was breathtaking. The sunrise view in the morning and the game drive on the way back on the last day made the whole trip complete.

What's Not Good: Few places were closed (like Shillong peak, Guwahati Museum, etc) and that could have been informed prior to our journey start, since we understood the closure after reaching the points."

What's Not Good: Value for money was not given in water activities. Snorkeling was said to be complementary. But it was just gear description. Also in other water rides the boat operators didn't gave enough time. They charged 500-600 rs for 3-4 water activities"

What's Not Good: One small area where improvement could be considered is the stay at Neil Island, particularly at Neha Palace. While the location and basic arrangements were fine, the condition of the toilet during our stay could have been better, especially the toilet seat, which may need maintenance or upgrading for guest comfort. Apart from this, the overall experience was pleasant, and we are happy with the services provided. Thank you for making our trip memorable."
