We recently traveled through Holiday knock travel agency at Himachal tour , But it was very Horribal tour for us .

Very bad expereicens of hotel at Delhi and Manali , Falls commitment ,

Tempo traveller driver was very arrogant and hope less .

Not suggesting this traveler agency for any one .

Really not happy with the services very unprofessional some services are fine. Actually I had taken udaipur family package from them they had taken all money before one week but didn't give me my flight tickets on time in fact just 1 Day before my flight they provided tickets and then also didn't provided my return flight tickets my whole trip got wasted as even one day before returning from udaipur they didn't provided me my return tickets at one point of time just 14- 15 hrs after calling 20 times they provided tickets

I was disappointed due to following reasons
The Houseboat and Hotel Accommodation in Srinagar was par below standard and below expectation
I was promised Gandola phase 2 tickets but not given after in numerous calls and SMS
I was asked to remit full charges in advance
I would not recommend this Travel agent to my friends

As for your information in our package of Kashmir trip 3 location are decided to be covered but we covered only 2 location. Due to some strike we are not able to covered Gulmarg trip. So we want one more shikara ride for that day but that was not arranged. Also on discussion over phone they told us one candlelight dinner was arranged on houseboat, but that was not arranged. In Srinagar we wasted complete one day.
Now coming to Delhi part we clearly said that one day we went to agra and the next day we covered the local sightseeing in Delhi so we paid for Delhi trip also, it was not a complementary stay in Delhi as holiday knock saying. So for extra charges we are not able to cover the local sightseeing.
Now coming to hotel part in Delhi as holiday knock saying that they send their executive to hotel, but before sending executive they should have inform me once, and they said they have changed the room but not changed .Also for your information only i am calling and giving the feedback regarding all this .no replay call from holiday knock side during my trip. They called me after we depart to our location.

I was not giving feedback these days because i was receving mails from you again and again , i have to force my self to tell you that
1: on behalf of giving the full payment i was not getting any call and on top of that when my flight was there to kashmir on the same day kashmir was on flood alert no one from your side gave me a call and said me that should i go there or not . Still i thought of calling you people to ask that should i go with my family or not . but as per they said we will inform you in some time but then no information was given to me and none of them called me that should i go with my family or not . On my own risk i went there. Even then everytime i called prince and vishal from holiday knock to dicscous the matter but none of them respond .
2: we were 4 adults inspite of that they gave us only one room with for bed inside but they took charge from us of " TWO ROOMS " and in phealgam weather was bad we went and came back within three hours Then coming back to srinagar i had to pay extra 2000 for room . I would heartly thanx FIROZ &BILAL AHEMD of srinagar that they shifted us on rigt place with right timings .
i would also complain that till now 13th april no one from holiday knock called me up and even bothered to ask that how was your trip , were you ok ? , does any problem occoured ? no such things has been asked to me till today
3: We told holiday knock that we want taxi from delhi airport to railway station they said we have booked for you but at the last no one came to pick us from the airport .
I SUGGEST "TRIP CRAFTERS " TO STOP WORKING WITH HOLIDAY KNOCK BECAUSE THEY ARE SPOILING YOUR NAME AND IMAGE

Me and my partner r so happy that we chose this hotel, the food, the ambiance, the interior and friendly staff very helpful my wife loved it so much. I really enjoyed the meal I was their only for 1 night but it was awesome experience.

Service was Good . All the hotels given were good. But the only request them to guide customer for the place where customer is visiting first time . How much time to spend and how holidays should plan accordingly.
