Thank you for your valuable feedback. Fist of all apologizes for the inconvenience caused in your trip. As your trip to Gulmarg was not done, due to strike was held in Gulmarg those day as confirmed by the related vendor in Kashmir . so we spoke to our related vendor as well , we arranged the Shikara ride for that day as well as the local sightseeing in Kashmir , the sights which was not covered .
And also about the Delhi tour, as it was only the complimentary stay in Delhi, because your first concern was to cover the Agra sightseeing not Delhi Local sightseeing.
About the Hotel part in Delhi, The day when we spoke to you “how the trip is going " , you told us the room is not good enough so we send our executive to the Hotel to personally meet you . but when the executive confirmed at the Hotel counter you were not in the Hotel , it was told by the hotelier , you went to the market for the shopping . so already spoken with the hotelier and ask for the best services that can be availed by you during your stay in Delhi .
Once again we have taken your feedback and making you sure that no one should face these issue again . At the end need to tell you, regularly my agent was keep calling you regarding the feedback of the services. We don't let our client face any single issues from our side or our vendor side.
