We booked through Travel Namaste India for Chardham Yatra after seeing good reviews. But unfortunately we booked it through one Ms Priya who is unfit to be even a clerk in travel agency leave alone occupying the position of Sr Business development Manager - Domestic & International. She is having the most unprofessional and shameful attitude who blocked our phone calls once we started informing her the problems. She never answered any of our queries throughout our tour of 9 days. On the starting day of the tour, she neither gave us the contact details of the driver nor gave the correct location. When no travellers were present in the place mentioned by her, we tried to contact her but her phone was switched off. Fortunately, through the website we found out Mr Vinod Negi number and he only helped us throughout our 9 das of tours. It's shameful that the organization is having in their rolls employees like Priya who harassed us a lot, never gave proper relevant information and gave wrong information about the place we need to wait. But for Mr Vinod Negi, we would have missed out the yatra. The driver of the vehicle is really good and very very safe driver. In some places, the rooms they are booking based on number of beds without considering the families (our group is 13 members but 6 families but they booked 5 rooms ). However after talking to Mr Vinod Negi, the problem was sorted out. So if you want to choose Travel Namaste India - NEVER BOOK THROUGH PRIYA who will leave you high and dry once you made the full payments. She doesn't even have the basic manners, courtesy and decency of receiving the calls or replying to messages once the money is received. I hope the Travel Namaste India take action against her unprofessional and shameful behaviour towards the customers. Person like Mr Vinod Negi really helped the customers and make the goodwill of the company high.
