What's Good: Overall trip planning was good and covered all the important places.
What's Not Good: Accommodation choosen could have been better in Chandigarh, Dharamshala, Dalhousie and Amritsar.

What's Good: Support and availability of staff. Special thanks goes to "Bharti Thakur"
Immediate resolution of issues came up during the trip.
Crystal clear communication as well as terms and conditions.
No change in itinerary and surprises affecting my trip plan.
What's Not Good: Lack of communication regarding places to visit from cab driver.
Sedan vehicle given to me was bit old. Better if you provide new vehicle for such a long and hilly area trip.
Even though, I was checking in late at Amritsar hotel, my room was not cleaned.
Very limited options for Breakfast. Everywhere same items for breakfast.

What's Good: Reasonable rate for transportation and all
What's Not Good: The hotel service provided at Manali is not good. Shimla was awesome.

Every person wants to make extra money from driver, hotel person to guide etc..

Trip was fully customised and our tour operator Mr Priyavart has made all possible efforts to made it possible. He is very polite man and will guide you things perfectly. From first day of the journey till the end of it he was continuously in touch and made things comfortable and totally affordable to us. Our stays at multiple places were very comfortable, driver was very skilled and friendly. Overall perfect tour arranged by him that too in our budget.
I will definitely recommend Himalayan Tour Club to you for your Spiti tour. Looking forward for more Himalaya tours with this club. Thank you so much for this awsome and memorable journey

We had a family trip to Shimla and Chandigarh. The trip was well organised. The experience was seamless. Thanks to Mr. Priyavrat. He listened to all our needs and created a customised itinerary.

Mr.Priyavarat is very cool & nice person & given the response in time as your queries. We had nice trip in reasonable budget as provided hotels at both places & food also good & cab driver was also good person & good efforts to covered the all points & overall services of compony good as per his commitment.

Avoid at all costs!! I booked a premium package via Priyavrat (HP holidays) and I had a bad experience. Pls go ahead with mmt, yatri, easemytrip or other established tour organisers.

Itinerary is not well sorted, I have to call him multiple times. Because of miscommunication and lack of clear instruction I wasn't able to checkin at one of the expensive hotels as per itinerary, and I have run for cover at another bad hotel with additional costs. Neither remorse nor refund for previous booked one.

Drivers provided by him aren't well trained. They misguide, and do not obey your orders. Don't think of them as a private cab, they will stick only with the sightseeing spots discussed by company with them.

Priyavrath,himachal pradesh holidays manager is very cool person.
We had a good trip with reasonable budget.Company arranged cabs service at affordable prices and drivers were in at pick up and drop location.
Hotel food was good one and company has covered all the visiting places promised as per the package.
Over all it was memorable trip

This travel company is not professionally organised. They don't have control over drivers. Driver was very rude and not obeying orders. Hotels were not really good. They should do more ground work. I can't recommend to anyone this company.

Not provided accomodation as per agreed term. 2 accomodation out of four were found very cheap quality. Room & linen were dirty, food were at a very low quality.
The car, provided to us were also old. Few important places were missed out, since it was not mentioned in driver's list. The first car did not come on the 6th day. We were waiting after checking out the hotel. After so many calls, Alto car was sent at 4 pm instead of Swift dezire car just to drop to the Volvo bus stop, where as per itinerary 6th day was planned for local points & marketing. We had to manage my luggage with a very difficult situation.
He would missed out from call when you need, but he can hold your family even for a small amount.
