We had no regrets using Divine India Memories to organise our recent trip to Rajasthan.
Shalini tailor made a great itinerary for us to suit our requirements. Pre travel, all queries were promptly answered. Hotels and breakfast, as we got included in our customized plan were good. She was also available on the phone to help us make the best use of our time during the trip by giving us suggestions on places we can go.
The guides joined us as planned in all destinations except the last city, where we did the tour without a guide. The guides spoke good English and were knowledgeable. The driver for our vehicle wasn’t the best travel companion, but he was skilled on the road.
Overall, we are quite happy and would like to thank Shalini and her team for planning such a comfortable and refreshing vacation for us. I would recommend her to friends, and consider her services again for my future vacations.

I booked a trip to Delhi via Divine India. I am pleased to report so far I have excellent service from Shalani. We are only travelling end April 2019. Shalani is dedlicated to her clients and we are waiting to meet her in Delhi. So far Shalani has book all our internal flights and accommodation in Delhi.

I randomly booked by December 2018 trip to India with Divine India and am very pleased to report excellent service. Shalini was professional, very accommodating whilst finalising travel arrangements from South Africa and was a call away whilst I was in India.
Shalini is dedicated to her clients and not just offers a travel operator service but prides herself in pleasing her customers. Although we had a driver and guide, Shalini made time to take us around personally whilst we were in Delhi and she takes the time to call to check-in giving customers personal attention.
I will definitely use Divine India again when booking my next trip and would recommend everyone to use her.
