How to Reach

Phi Phi has an airport with a limited number of flights flying in and out of the area. Tourists coming from India can take a connecting flight from Mumbai to Phi Phi directly, or else they can also go for a flight to Krabi or Phuket. From there, they can board ferries to reach the islands.
Ferries and speedboats are the most flexible and suitable modes of transport to the islands. The ferries mostly run from Phuket, Krabi, Koh Lanta and Rai Leh. It would take about 2 hours from Phuket and 90 minutes from Krabi to reach Phi Phi.
There is not much local transportation available in Phi Phi. People can hire motorcycles to roam around the city. However, visitors mostly prefer walking or riding bicycles to wander around the islands.
