Temperatures during this time range from 22°C in the day, with cold winds and fog early mornings to around 12°C in the night, making it very cold. Some winters are tough and temperatures may soar down even further to 8°C.; it is always advisable to check the temperature before leaving anywhere for a trip. The humidity is much lower than the other seasons. This is the best time to explore the city as it is cool and highly pleasant for sightseeing and you wont even get tired.
