Mr. Rajesh , As discussed over phone you told us to send reminder for Balance Payment , Already I have sent you e mail on 19th Nov but you have not instructed your team to clear balance payment .I hope you will release the payment at the earliest to maintain your Travel agency standard / Reputatations. As we know your Travel agency is a well reputed travel agency in Mumbai.

Booked Mumbai to Goa tour package from 09Nov'22 to 13Nov'22 thru Travellport Online marketing pvt ltd.Inspite of paying them 40 days in advance they gave us(Sr Citizens) lot of trouble from day one.
They don't do what they promise.
Number of calls had to be made for transport arrangement from Station to Hotel and Hotel to Station on way back.
Hotel stay was not comfortable.They booked us in cheap hotel.
Their behaviour was not professional.They had no respect for us(Sr Citizens).
Overall not a pleasant experience dealing with them
