Our Footprints is one of the best travel companies I have encountered in global travel over many decades.
Vijay, Maneesh and the team get our Triple A appreciation: They were Available at all times, including weekends ; Accessible by email, telephone, text messaging and other electronic communication channels, with prompt responses to our requests; and most of all, Amenable to working with us to plan a trip that was truly customised to meet our personal requirements; as well as being amenable to our many requests for change. These are exactly the attributes that a distant client needs, and they met them all with great quality and insight.
All the venues and travel arrangements were as promised and of quality, and the drivers and vehicles provided were safe, available and also informative. And above all, Voijay kept in touch with both us and oour drivers on a daiy basis, to check on our progress and satisfaction with the holiday.
All in all, Our Footprints helped to inspire us to return to India, to have another experience with their help, and hence I have no reservations in recommending this company to anyone who needs to plan a trip to India (or elsewhere on their “footprintâ€).
