We recently visited Kashmir for 8days with our family of 13 members. I was a memorable experience for all of us.. Booking experience- various options and recommendations were given Pricing- it was on par with other travels Hotels- Good hotels were recommended and dint have any checkin problems Boathouse in Nigeen lake- Wangnoo heritage was good, a very calm stay and decent food was served but the boat manager was rude to the guests. We had booked Urbania for the entire trip- a very good decision. Momin and drivers were very polite and courteous. Burooj travels - thank you for ur help throughout the vacation. Special thanks to Fauzia for handling the additional travel for Suresh from Srinagar to Pahalgam. Thank you John for addressing our concerns at every stage.

Ours was a girls trip to Kashmir and Burooj travels made it a memorable one for us! On the first day in Srinagar, Mr. Faizal picked us up from the airport and took good care of us until we checked in and settled at our first accommodation. The following day Mr. Ajiz accompanied us and he was there throughout the trip. We wanted to experience snow and hence, had chosen to visit Kashmir in the month of February. The snowfall and weather conditions in Srinagar and Sonmarg were enjoyable, we had a pleasant day. However, as we approached Gulmarg and Pahalgam, it started snowing severely, the roads were extremely slippery making it difficult for us to drive. Despite the poor weather and driving conditions, our driver was patient and managed to take us up until certain points and arranged for chained cars and alternative cabs to reach our accommodations and sightseeing spots. He took good care of everything, stayed connected and made sure that we were safe. Regarding the accommodations, the house boat stay was exceptional. The other accommodations and services offered were decent to good, considering the locality and weather conditions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and Kashmir is definitely the heaven on earth! Thanks to the team for making this trip happen.. Would definitely recommend it for people who are planning to visit Kashmir with friends or family!

Had an amazing, memorable and safe trip to Kashmir with Burooj travels. Loved the way how our tour coordinator Nowsheen had organised everything. She was extremely helpful and very prompt and professional throughout. She was in touch with us throughout our tour of kashmir. Cab driver Jibran was also friendly and punctual. Accommodation and food was good. It was my first ever trip to Kashmir. The tour itinerary was planned very well. Mr. John Ahmad helped with the Gondola ride tickets of Gulmarg well in advance. The driver Mr. Ajaz was very polite and courteous. I would recommend the services of Mr. John Ahmad to all those visiting Kashmir. The trip was perfect and flawless all thanks to Mr. John Ahmad. They also arranged a surprise lunch and cake and the gesture was very sweet. ?

We had 6 nights and 7 day trip with Burooj Travels. Very good hotels and comfortable vehicles during trip. On the top, they are available when you have need. Boat stay is very good experience.

Had an amazing trip with Burooj Travels. Loved the way everything was organised. Our driver Mr. Salim was very kind & co-operative and made us feel really homely. Only one thing to mention about the tour is, since it rained the day we reached, the temperature had dropped quite a lot in Srinagar. As we had a kid along, we requested the houseboat staff to provide us with a heater, but sadly we were disappointed there. They could have been a bit considerate there. Except for that everything else went well. Not to forget Ms. Numeira, our trip co-ordinator who was very helpful & accommodating in building our itinerary. She was always there to attend our queries.We were very apprehensive before visiting Kashmir, but I must mention that the people here are truly welcoming. Kashmir is very much safe for tourists and truly a paradise. Definitely look forward to visit again. Thanks for making our holiday a memorable one :)

It was an amazing trip,we enjoyed very much.We visited Gulmarg,Sonmarg,Pahalgam&, local sites in Srinagar.The travel agency was so co-operative throughout the package.Driver also was so caring & loving like a family member,driving also was safe. Suggestions about the houseboat stay-No centralised heating facility so that felt some inconveniences & food also may be modified. In Gulmarg , package car should reach upto the spot of cable car so that tourists can be saved from the exploitation likewise guide, sledge,return taxi etc. Overall we feel happy to be at Kashmir for some days & will convey our experiences with our friends and relatives positively.
