They have customised the package to suit the client and have provided all that was promised. Excellent support and advise through out the trip.

Overall it was a good trip. There were some mistakes made but it was handled quite well by them. They were very helpful at all times. One thing they should improve upon is the food.

Had a excellent trip of himachal pradesh. It was emacutely planned by Panaromic tours and travels Mumbai. The hotels were nicely situated and clean rooms. All had good restaurants
The cars were in good conditions and we traveled without problem. The drivers were very cooperative and we'll behaved. We were not delayed for our travel plans.
Thanks to the team of panoramic tours and travels for putting up a good package. Special thanks goes to Mr Amit vaishnav for the planning.

We were lucky to have excellent guides at all places.
Had very good stay and food.
shortcomings:
1 At Madrid, I had to wait for 1 and 1/2 hrs for the 'pickup' and as they don't speak English,communicating with them was a great hassle.
2 As it was raining , our bicycle tour was canceled. But no communication or refund from them.
3 Barcelona hotel was very ordinary and service was not good.
