I had bad experience with this travel agency. I would not recommend to anyone. Lot of miscommunication from their end, no transparency, no clear communication, ZERO service. Last day of my tour was really horrible! Also, Their package cost was too high. I spoke to some people during my journey, spoke to hotel, driver. I felt like if you directly book with hotel & some trusted/brand car rental company then you will get better deal. You can save money. You can easily find out all these on google. Or You can book with any brand online company (like MMT), so that you can raise concern if any, you can trust, you will get valid bills of stay. Here is my experience: - Initially when I was looking for Shimla-Manali package, Mehak madam called me. Before booking package, she was replying quickly to my messages. After booking package, she was not replying for any query. When I raised concert to her senior then after she started replying, but again not every time. - She discussed with me on some date/day and took booking amount on same day. After taking booking amount, she didn't provide hotel which was discussed. She said that room is not available with hotel. They provided low category hotel in Shimla. When I called hotel which was discussed initially, they said that all rooms are already booked prior to that day. - They took initial booking amount from me. No communication on how to pay remaining amount after arrival. I was shocked when driver & hotel were asking money. - My packaged had Manikaran also. But, Driver was not aware and he was not ready to come. After many calls/messages with them, driver agreed to come. There was so much miscommunication from their end till last moment. - I faced some issues during journey. But, They never called me during my first 5 days journey to check if guests arrived, if guest has any issue/concerns, etc. She just called me on last day to clear remaining around 10% payment. They have spoiled my vacation. There are still some points but all I can say is DO NOT trust them!

We had a great experience with mysterious Himachal, although I had all my doubts as we were just two girl colleagues going manali. They provided us a very good driver, Aayush was one call away for all my queries. Hotel, Food, hotel staff everything was perfect. It was a great experience. Thanks.

They are only concerned about the money. Please dont pay the full amount in the beginning itself, they literally forced us to pay the entire amount ok day two which we refused. Unprofessional driver, unprofessional driving. Oh and also the driver asked one of us to drive the car because it crossed his time limit. They dont even show all the places mentioned in the package. If you have already booked with them ask them for a single point of contact and dont pay the entire trip amount. They dont even communicate properly about the hotels, stays and the places that are going to be covered. This agency is full of scam.

It is an awesome experience and memorable trip with hotels & specially with cab driver Mr:Abhikesh. He has excellent Driving skills and we enjoyed our entire Road trip of 7days with First class cab experience with Toyota Etios. In future we will definately like to come back and use your services for Tour in Himachal Pradesh & specially thanks to Akshitha Mam for full support, guidance and resolving all my queries Round the clock. The worst travel experience with "Mysterious Himachal Holidays". My recent trip with Mysterious Himachal Travel Company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience. From start to finish, it was a series of disappointments and frustrations. The itinerary was totally changed and turned out to be a disaster. The so-called package tour were poorly organized. From day 01 till last day they didn't go according to the plan. This package was for my parents and thanks to Mysterious Himachal for ruining their Manali first experience. One of the main attractions (Manikaran Gurdwara) listed on the itinerary was cancelled without even asking them, and the tour company failed to provide any alternatives or compensation for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I attempted to voice my concerns to Mysterious Himachal Travel concern person AANCHAL DHAPTA , they were unresponsive and indifferent to my complaints. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. My experience with Mysterious Himachal Travel Company was a complete letdown. From the lack of communication to the subpar accommodations, disorganized tours, and unresponsive customer service, I strongly advise against entrusting them with your travel plans. This company has tarnished my perception of Himachal, and I regret ever choosing them for what was supposed to be a memorable vacation. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused travel agency.

The people dealing with your trip are just concerned about the money and only money. As soon as they get the whole amount , they are free from their responsibilities. Worst experience ever. Better to plan you trips yourself rather than wasting your money for an experience you would never want to have in future.
