Make Journeys Eventful exceeded all expectations when it came to hospitality. From the warm welcome to the consistently good service, my friend's experience with the company was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's commitment to making every moment memorable was evident in the attention to detail and the genuine friendliness they exhibited. The overall atmosphere created by the team contributed to a positive and welcoming environment, making the journey truly unforgettable.

I got in touch with Sandeep of ‘Make Journeys Eventful’ through one of my colleagues who hails from Siliguri. From the day I first spoke to him till the end of my trip, my experience has been really good. Sandeep personally came to the airport to pick us up on the starting day of our trip. He used to call us up every evening during the trip to check if everything is going right and if we are doing good health wise. The drivers were all really good and prompt - They used to call us up a day before to discuss the next day’s plan and they were present well ahead of time at our hotel, the next day morning. Highlight of our trip was Nathula Pass - I thank Sandeep and the driver who took us to Nathula for having processed our documents well in advance which helped us get the permit without any difficulties - We didn’t wait even a minute for the permit while many other cars were waiting - Our driver got it processed and sent it for printing immediately which saved time ✅ Overall, I would definitely rate this a 5 ⭐️ and recommend everyone to get in touch with Sandeep and his team for their tour plans.

Don't trust on this Travel Agency. Their is many fraud like- Bikash, Sandip (from siliguri), Santanu Sengupta and Kunal Das this people are linked to each other. Even don't trust on the positive comments because we faced many problems during our tour. They quoted other amount and then ask for more money forcefully. Their behaviors also is very bad. I have a too many proves.

1. WiFi are not properly work when you in room 2. Lift system are very bad 3. Every day same brakefast & Lunch 4. Don't come with your family... because it's a very uncultured hotel 5.thats why I am sick and don't go anywhere only rested in our 6 bed room 6.Hotel authority are very very vulnerable I am trying to go 5th floor but don't allow me what's this?I am very very angry

1. Everything was very Good . 2. Arrangement was very fine . 3. Hotel rooms were Ok 4. But there is some problem(network issues and lift problem) in hotel. But it's ok . 5. Last but not the least It was very very very FUN.

A one stop destination for travel & events. Very efficient & supportive team.Made a trip to Darjeeling,it was awesome.
