We had a trip to China, Honkong and Macau...Rohit verma n Swetha was dealing with us...Hopeless i can say...We received our Visa a day before we were leaving for the trip!! It was suppose to reach us 5-6 days before...but it didnt!!Worst ever services!!! Did not provide all the services he promised us. First of all he said us that we will b reaching China hotel by 12 in the noon...and we reached there by 8 in the night...Our 1 whole day got wasted der...Then in honkong...he provided us With very Small rooms...Wen i askd him to upgrade the rooms ( as we where in triple sharing n we were not able to walk in the room) he did not get that done...then the driver he sent us was worst..he didnt knew how to drive the car( every second he was putting a break to his car) n all the way he was talkng soo much and very loudly with his person...n he even shouted on us..he was very rude!! Then we were taken to A Village...there he charged us...then we went to Victoria peak...Madame tussauds even there he charged us...When Everythng was included in the package why do we hav to go there and pay ???? It was my parents 25th anniversary...he himself said me dat il get the room decoration done...with cake, wine bottle n what not...The day we were leaving i called him to confirm everythng...he is saying me that decoration is not possible...you go there and pay...they will do it for you!!! He himself said me that there is a secret entry to the casino n so he will arrange somethng so that my bro can enter the casino as he is jus 20years old...When i called him from macau...he says me that..."Rules are rules mam!! You cant break them...You have to follow them" Then why the hell he said me before booking the trip that he will get everythng done??? At that time Rules were nor rules for him???? We waited at the honkong ferry terminal for half n hour for the taxi...i called Rohit & Swetha...They didnt answer any call...neither they replied back to our messages...Then we had to pay the taxi 7000 to drop us to the airport...In Venetian hotel we had 3 days stay...he booked the rooms for 2 days n 1day..saperately..we checked in the room for 2 days...den checked out the 3rd day...again waited down for 4hrs n again checked in the room...So anyone before getting ur trip orgainsed by them please think 100 times...They were disgusting!! hopeless!!

VISA for HKG is something that is free of cost and your husband Mr. Bhavya Jalan arranged it for you. VISA for china was applied through us and yes, we did make all the necessary efforts in order to provide you with the same.
The release of the VISA is subject to embassy's discretion. No one on this planet can question their work around. According to the tickets that we sent to you, your arrival was scheduled as discussed however, Mr. Bhavya purchased new tickets on the run time and informed us that you are boarding some other train to China.
We did arrange a transfer for you in China at the right time.
Rooms in HKG are relatively smaller than other countries and this was conveyed to you over the phone/email respectively before booking the package. We also suggested you to opt for a 5*star property in order to suit your requirements.
Madame Tussauds and other verticals in your package were mentioned as "VISITS"not as complete tour as that was something which customers generally do after arrival in Hong Kong.
Arrangement for Cake, wine and room decor were given to Venetian and was informed to you as well that they come with a surcharge which the customer has to pay on arrival at the hotel. This was very well informed.
For the taxi at HKG terminal,did you wait at the correct exit point ? Rules for Casinos are global. However, we did speak to the hotel to allow a certain child to visit the same with his family but the hotel has it's own policy regarding this.
Your room in Venetian on third night was an upgraded one which was not in your package but we decided to give you the upgrade for free but you will not mention all this over here as that would be against your claims.
Having said everything, we would like to sum up!
You made unreasonable demands, still we tried to cope them up for you.
In the end if you prefer to throw negative light on all the services given to you, then we would advise you to kindly do thorough check before booking through any of the travel agents.
