I found this as one of the good travel agency for my holidays in Meghalaya and Assam, I booked my land package through them and their services were very good, co operative and driver provided by them was very nice person, we enjoyed his company throughout the journey, but they need to improve certain things in their services like suggestions for hotel provided was not so good, also due to some time mismanagement I missed certain places for sightseeing. Overall review is nice agency for holidays.

The agency is not cooperative as they have took an advance from me for booking and at the last moment they cancelled my trip and refused to pay my advance, I also booked my flights after their confirmation so My flights tickets are also at stake just because of them, as in this time the probability of getting good hotels is less, so I will not recommend this agency to anyone if they are travelling from outside the NE as they do not have any option to go to their office,
Very bad experience lost my mental peace, and time and holidays
Such agencies are responsible for others also that because of their actions genuine agency and agents lost their trust in the people.
Not recommended for planning any tours with this agency.
