We contact with 1 Step Solution before tour starts on 21.10.23. They booked hotel for us. I paid full amount before reaching shilong for request of Suvajit Bhadra. But he did not pay hotel charge. On the returning to Guwahati on 26.10.2023 evening Mr. Raju Paharia who booked hotel for us demanding the unpaid amount to me. I paid Rs. 55,000 ( Rupees Fifty Five thousand ) to Raju Paharia. As Mr. Raju did not connect with Suvajit Bhadra he demand remaining Fifty thousand to me. He told me we could not leave Guwahati without pay the amount. I am quite upset in this incident. I faced trouble to arrange money. Later Suvajit Bhadra contact with me but he did not return money to me till date. Jadab Mondal. Bolpur,

The people working here are very unprofessional and rude. They've been partnering up with cheap quality hotels and putting up fake photos on their website. Don't waste your time and money look for other options

It’s more than 1.5 month..Still I didn’t get my refund even after continuous calls and messages…The owner Subhojit blocked me…If I don’t get my refund i am going to complaint in consumer forum
