Palitana Station is the city’s main railway station which falls under the supervision and management of Western Indian Railways. Reaching Palitana by bus is more convenient. Being religiously and traditionally important, Palitana has good connectivity through roads. The roads leading to this city are well-maintained and offer a smooth ride. AC, non-Ac, Deluxe, Sleeper, Semi Sleeper buses are available at regular intervals from Surat, Mumbai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar. It is at a distance of 680 km and takes about 14 hours.
