What's Good: We had an amazing experience on our trip to Ladakh, Leh, Srinagar, Kargil, Nubra Valley, and Pangong Lake, all arranged by Zenith Holidays. Everything was exceptionally well-organized – from transportation to accommodation, and especially the hospitality we received throughout the journey.
The service provided was top-notch, and every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth. We felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times.
This trip created memories that will last a lifetime, and we’re truly grateful to Zenith Holidays for making it so special. We will definitely reach out to you again for our next adventure, and highly recommend your services to others as well.
What's Not Good: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like – everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire trip was seamless and well-organized, and we truly appreciate the effort that went into making our experience so special.

What's Good: How amazing and easy this trip felt to us! I travelled to Kerala with my mother during my summer vacations this year, and from the first call made to be by Jaideep, giving me approximate package amount, I was hooked. He was extremely flexible with my requirements and budget and he carved out an amazing experience for us, in our budget. He had been so co-operative ever since I locked the deal and I am genuinely keen in working with him again. Our chauffeur, Syam, made sure we felt right in place during the visit and the hotel arrangements were also top-notch.
What's Not Good: The itinerary could have been a little more elaborate, as I realise we missed some top spots at some places. I don't regret it though, but I would appreciate being taken to a lot more of the tourist spots.

I from Mumbai can't say how anxious I was before booking my tickets with Zenith holidays...not only becoz I was traveling with them first time, but also it was my first international travel (alone)with my teenage daughter, but Aakash made me feel comfortable and guided me time to time for visa, forex ....Shivani was also available all the time helping me at every step. Went for a group tour to DOHA, Qatar, very poor service but polite staff, changing the itinerary last moment and giving time only for shopping no tickets are included and the management comes with a new excuse everytime. POOR MANAGEMENT. They shift day tours and whole itinerary on their basis not on the basis of the people who are paying.

The tone used was inappropriate, and the matter was not concluded in a proper manner. Kindly ensure that decorum and professionalism are maintained in all future communications."
