Zanskar Adventure Point

Poor.
The organiser was always available before making all the arrangements , planning and up until payment .
During the trip it was extremely difficult to get hold of him.

Though the accommodation were all booked, we faced issue at 2 places, where we were denied accommodation as the travel agency had not made the payment to the hotel. After multiple calls and few discussion we were given the rooms.

We didn't even recieve the receipt for the payment , which was promised after the trip. It's been 6 months and I haven't any mail or phone response.

Recently I received a call from hotel where we stayed , who told us that even they haven't received any payment.

They had made wonderful arrangements with high end accommodation and transport. The locations were mesmerizing and tent accommodation in Nubra Valley was superb. Pyangongtso location tents were OK and there was scope for improvement there. Hotels in Glacier View and Grand Himalaya were very comfortable with caring staff and great service.
Thanks to Tariq and his team for making our holiday a memorable one.

Very happy with the accomodation arranged. But need to improve on their communication. The driver who came with us to Kargil was very good,But not happy with the other one who was with us for the first 4 days. Was not at all helpful when we were caught in the landslides. Did not have the oxygen cylinder also which he should have.other than that we had a great holiday.

The arrangements made by ZAP was awesome!. Food and accommodation were at its best. Great work Tariq and team! You guys are awesome. Looking forward to see you guys again!. Thank you so much for the fun, memories and lot more!! :):):):):):)

Not at all happy with the service and management of the agency. The agency is based in Kargil and does the bookings for Leh Ladakh through other small agents who never get in touch neither they are reachable. There is no co-ordinations and more than half of the tie ups for permits and drivers for sightseeing are to be done by the customers....

They were not at all responsible people. Did not have the manners to speak to a fellow Human being. They forget that they are in a sevice Industry.

This trip was too much fun. It was worth every penny or probably more. Wish I could thank the travel agent in person, if I were to be traveling to ladhak any time soon then I am surely approaching​ zanskar adventure point.

Had an amazing trip from start till end. Thank you so much to you guys for managing everything so well and making this trip a memorable one for all of us.

We had a great experience chosing zanskar adventure point and had the best possible services provided, in terms of accommodations and transport.I would prefer zanskar adventure point for trips in future . Keep it up with your A class service and all the best :)

5 days with zanskar was amazing from riding bullet to a hotel facing tge leh palace from khardungla road to desert safari in nubra ... this all can be possible cos Bhagwan bhaiya was serving us

best experience one can have, to explore the true form of nature, the scenic beauty of the mountains and its breath taking views...a must do once in life...

Oe of the most exciting treks of my life. Everybody was very helpful. I felt like it was a family away from home. Most hospitable team I have ever travelled with. Thank you Zap Ladakh!
