What's Not Good: We booked 2 tours for Varanasi and paid in advance. Both tours were confirmed, but neither took place. We were not informed. The first time the hotline could not be reached, on the second tour we were only told at the pick-up time when we called that it could not take place because of a big festival. Then why was the tour even offered and confirmed??? Our daily plans were completely messed up. Very poor customer service and poor organization! Now we are fighting for our money refund.
