I was introduced by a friend to Yatra Pundit, with good recommendation of its professionalism and good communications. It had been my dream to see Rajasthan and the Taj Mahal, and I got my wishes come true early this year. YP planned our itinerary very professionally, according to our schedule and requests.
We took the Palace on Wheels from New Delhi for 4 days, and we were met by the driver and the guide from the point of departure from the Train at Jaisalmer. From there we made our way back to New Delhi, via Agra, with visits to all the very interesting cities along the way. At each city we were met by the local guide, who gave us a very comprehensive history of that city and its attractions.
The car that we were driven in was very comfortable for the two of us and our increasing number of bags.
We were very careful with food and drinks, and Yatra Pundit made sure we had our lunches at clean restaurants with good toilet facilities. We didn't get any tummy trouble thanks to YP. Breakfast and dinners were at the hotels so that helped too. We did not try raw vegetables or fresh fruit for the most part of the trip, until it was at the end !
Yatra Pundit staff has this very personal touch that we like and appreciate, and any small issues could be solved instantly with a call away to them. THis is the most comforting aspect for any traveller, and I am glad we chose Yatra Pundit. I would highly recommend the services of Yatra Pundit to my friends , and to the readers of this review. It is indeed a great pleasure writing this review....it was my first family trip to North India.Since I was accompanied with my father who is 80 and my kids who are 10 years old, I was little worried how I am going to manage them in the trip.Thanx to yatra pundit who took all worries out me and made me to enjoy the trip. pick up railway station till the drop back was planned meticulously by Yatra pundit. stay was very comfortable and every one of us enjoyed the moments without any worries.We thank YP for taking such lovely care.
