Yaan travels is most unprofessional rude and crafty agents. They only care about money and give a damn to tourists. They will book you average hotels where cleanliness itself is bad, not to talk about other facilities. They will quote you less initially and then demand more money once you have given some advance. They will harrass you with phone calls for additional money and even threaten you. PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS AGENT.

It was a very very bad experience. They are totally money minded, rude and gives you lot of stress during your holidays. Not at all supportive. Yes, the hotel staff and the drivers were good, that’s why we were able to at least enjoy to some extent. I will not recommend this agent at all. They provide average hotels and are not flexible at all. All they want is their money. They quote low initially and then ask you to pay through your nose once you give them advance and you are trapped. NEVER use this agent please.

These people are crooks and real cheats. They will quote low and then take more money once you pay up the advance. The hotels are below average at Gangtok and Lachung. The people at Yaan travels are rude and threaten you if you ask for any flexibility. They will screw your happiness when you want peace in your holidays. Totally unprofessional and impolite. NEVER take any package from them. They will make your visit terrible.
