i don't recommend this tour agency for 2 reasons.
1. Not conducting tour as agreed. we're forced to change hotel from 5 star to 3 start hotel even though i paid for the 5 star hotel. beware of this kind of last minute scams.
2. Horrible north india tour arrangement. We were forced to pay extra money to the driver for language translation. Welcome tour should arrange english speaking driver since they are aware that we are not a hindi speaking family. We had to spend more than or planned budget for the service since we are performing prayers in Varanasi. NEVER book Kasi Rameswaram Yatra with this travel agency. All they can do is arrangeing hotels and transportation only. the rest you have struggle by your self.
Despite the horrible experience, I would like to mention the drivers for south india tour. They are very friendly and helpful.
