We were a group of 6 senior citizens all aged above 75 years. The one week itinerary covering Guwahati, Shillong and Cherrapunji was very well planned and covered most of the must visit spots. The hotels were clean and comfortable. The food and amenities were very good. The Toyota 7 seater was clean and comfortable. The driver Jojo was a very safe driver who took great care of our safety and comfort. He was an excellent photographer and spoke fluent English. Js back from the wonderful and memorable tour to Meghalaya . The place is mesmerizing ofcourse ..but the process of getting the plan and it's implementation by Mr.Mac are truly laudable. Booked a 5 day tour of Meghalaya with Walk with 9 Lives in May 2025. The booking process was smooth and transparent - almost entirely over email. Mr. Macdonald was very proactive in finding alternate accommodation as the original places were unavailable due to the peak season. The tour itinerary was detailed and tailored to our requirements (we had a 76-year old with us). We covered the must-see Noh-Kalikai Falls, Dympep Valley, Laitlum Canyon, Arwah Cave, Dawki and more. Our driver Mr. Ban was very helpful and very knowledgeable about local habits and places of interest. Will definitely recommend them for any tour of the Northeast!
