This is the second time I have booked tour package from VJ Global. And both the time the stay, the food and the hotel location is awesome. The cab driver was also very experienced which made the travel easy and smooth. Looking forward for next one ?. And many thanks to Anjali ji, the trip coordinator and package provider who helped sort out all queries regarding tour and made is even better.

Vjglobal has made memories for ever. Ms Anjali suggested and made a perfect package for the tour and helped at each step. My tour was spontaneous to Dharamshala, Dalhousie Amritsar with my family. Rooms were tailored as per my budget and requirements. Giving 5star for the way tour was managed by Ms Anjali only 1 star can be subtracted if so for the approach of the driver we were provided which was well-versed in his job but some times habit of attending mobile calls while driving made us feel uncomfortable ( well thats the way most of the other drivers were which we observed in our trip) and the roads were not in condition from bypass of Manali to Dharamshala. What ever said thankyou Vjglobal and mainly Ms Anjali for everything.

VJGlobal Tours made our Himachal Pradesh trip a exciting one, in all respects, they were very cooperative. The arrangement was very nice in terms of food, property and transport, really happy for the way they planned our trip to make it a memorable one. My special thanks to Sushma ji who was constantly in touch before and during the trip and made everything possible with a smile and my sincere thanks to Vijay sahab who was really helpful at the moment we were need of help. If you want to ruin your vacation only then choose VJGlobalTours they have the poorest form of communication, co-ordination and customer service. When we were reaching Manali,neither the driver nor the tour operator Vijay Thakur & his team (Sushma) were able to confirm in which hotel we had to checkin.Even though they knew that we would reach the place by 8 am. Infact Sushma was not answering our call at all. We travelled for more than 12-14 hrs with kids ageing 5-10 yrs.Yet they made us move from one hotel to the other with luggage and tired kids. Moreover bcoz of their lack of communication with the hotel owner, we had to wait for 3 hours in the lobby, we felt clueless, helpless ,homeless and cheated. Vijay Thakur was not at all apologetic for this mis-communication and inconvenience.He had the audacity to say that check-in is at 12 noon but no proactiveness to suggest alternatives when he knew we are reaching at 8 am Our itenary was inclusive of 2 meal package comprising of veg & non veg which was also not communictaed to hotel. Also at one point due to the miscommunication from Vijay Thakur's team about the itenary, Vijay threatened us to get down from the bus on day 2 of our trip. The driver which was assigned was not helpful and clueless of the itenary . Everytime we had to coordinate with the tour owner. He was not pro-active to recommend good places for washrooms and refreshments. To summarise you become the tour operator after choosing VJGlobalTours. You will regret choosing them. We had a very stressful trip with them.

Cherry on the cake, I booked this tour only 2 days before we could commence our journey however, Karuna still managed to get the best hotel locations and one of the best local transporter / driver with all the information loaded to make our journey exciting, interesting and amazing! I booked a honeymoon tour for Kullu-Manali via miss Karuna. She is very good, kind and a great representative in arranging our tour.Through out the tour she was constantly in touch asking about well being and status of our tour which is a very positive and caring gesture from her. Hotel ( the Golden peak) staff was also polite and ghe food is too yumm.Also our cab driver Mr. Ajay was so good and knowledgable about the city.I am also talked with the owner Mr. Vijay, he was also very helpful and co-operative person. Over all experience with Vj Global has excellent. There executive is very cooperative during entire tour . Specially Madhu Madam , She has taking care of all the tour related things ,from arriving to departure.will suggest everyone to try at least one time service of Madhu Sharma trust me your r gonna get unforgetful experience. Pathetic services received from V.j.Tours.If you dont want to spoil your vacation, my humble request to all, please don't book from them. inspite of booking the trip well 6 months in advance.Trip messed with the improper cordination and communication from them, right from hotel booking to traverling part. Another worst experience is the iternary which they provided where they put standard itenary wherein it shld be modified as per the season in Manali reason is maximum places were closed and we have to take guidance from Himachal tourism to visit the places and ended by paying additional expenses for our travel
