I hired taxi service from vivid Himalayas. Service was good but I need to shake them a littlebit. However overall it was satisfactory and I will recommend to others as well. I would like to use their services again.

We did a Kinnaur and Spiti trip with them.
The hotels they provided us were very good.
The staff cooperative and very helpful.
The driver drove with caution and was courteous.
Food in hotels was good.
Only suggestion to them is not to club Chandertal lake and Manali journey in one day.
This is because it takes atleast 4-5hours to reach Chandertal from Kaza.
One hour in Chandertal and one is already too late to cross the nullahs.
There was a lot of water in the nullahs and we had considerable difficulty getting across.
Please avoid this. Either increase the trip by a day or give camping in Chandertal.
All other arrangements were excellent

Manali Hotel management was good but in Shimla it was not upto the mark. The AC vehicle should be arranged but they missed it here and all journey we went in dust only. So this is the kind request please verify the vehicle from your end, so traveller's won't get suffered.

Right from coordinating for months, customizing and preparing an itinerary as per our desired destinations, from booking us the best hotels there to making changes in our itinerary as per our wish while we were on the trip, everything was perfectly done thanks to Mr. Harminder Singh. Highly recommended.

The agent did well with efficient administration with respect to quality of stay, transport and hospitality. However for Honeymooners, only Manali is suggested to avoid cumbersome travelling through terrain. This is a reliable organisation and is highly recommended for Himachal Pradesh related travels. Had a time of my life with the Vivid Himalayas. The cost was value for money.
