Do not book kerala package with them. Recently I had a trip to Kerala (2N Munnar 1 N Alleppey). The experience was good until I got into Allepey. I have booked a 2 bedroom house boat, when we arrived at the given location in Allepey we got to know there is no booking for the house boat. After a long discussion and waiting for more than an hour we were given a houseboat. The condition of boat was very bad. No hygiene at all. Dirty washrooms, dirty and sticky floor, no AC until 8pm and the last Dirty kitchen.

We recently booked Kashmir trip with vacation triangle. They did not do good job in selecting good hotel . No proper planning done on attractions . The associate you will be working with do not know any details about attractions in Kashmir to plan effectively based on the available time. Hotel booking did not align with attraction location so you ended up in spending so much time in traveling. Though we paid good money for 4 star package, assigned hotels are not good and we should really scan through. Don’t waste your money. I never recommend to anyone with family. You would have really good time by booking on your own.
