I had a wonderful trip to Shimla with Triptovana. The arrangements were excellent – from hotels to food and transportation, everything was smooth and comfortable. The team guided us throughout and made the journey memorable. Special thanks to the Triptovana team for their support and for making this trip so enjoyable. I would definitely like to book my future trips with them again.

Avoid Triptovana at All Costs! This was the worst travel experience ever. I regret convincing my friends to book with Triptovana. They are unprofessional, unsafe, and money-minded. • We were stopped in the middle of the night because they suddenly demanded more money. As girls traveling late, this felt extremely unsafe and threatening. • When riots forced one stay to be cancelled, instead of handling it responsibly, they dumped us in a worse hotel and still forced us to pay more, justifying it with nonsense about “advance payments.” • Their only concern was their own loss of money, not our safety or comfort. Even when we told them we felt unsafe, they ignored us and kept pushing for extra payment. They ruined our trip, put us in danger, and showed zero professionalism. Triptovana is not trustworthy and should be avoided by anyone who values safety and peace of mind.

Traveling with them is a serious safety concern, especially for women. Words can’t capture the level of unprofessionalism, the complete disregard for safety, and the utter nightmare of an experience. I would highly advise against booking with them.

Absolutely horrible experience with Triptovana. At first, they promised everything and agreed to all our requests, but once the trip started they showed their true colors. Forced us to pay hotels directly, wasting 4+ hours, even though payments should go via Travel Triangle. Cancelled 3 full days of our Meghalaya itinerary without informing us, changed hotels without discussing, and never shared an updated plan. Demanded an extra ₹15,000 for a hotel after cancelling our pre-booked one. When we refused, they even stopped our traveller mid-night, putting our safety at risk (especially for women in the group). Staff were rude, uncooperative, and mentally harassed us throughout. To make it worse, they are now using fake positive reviews to hide genuine negative feedback and inflate their rating.

NEVER AGAIN !!!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – STAY FAR AWAY FROM TRIPTOVANA Booking our Meghalaya trip through Triptovana was the worst decision we could have made. What should’ve been a peaceful, scenic vacation turned into a traumatizing, threatening, and disgusting experience – all thanks to the shocking negligence and utter lack of professionalism from this pathetic excuse of a travel company. While traveling at night on the highway between Guwahati and Meghalaya, the driver randomly stopped the vehicle in the dark, with a group of young women onboard, in a situation that felt absolutely dangerous and predatory. We were threatened, told our bags would be thrown out on the highway, and left to feel completely unsafe and helpless in a remote area. Let that sink in: A travel company entrusted with our safety literally left us stranded and intimidated us in the middle of nowhere. This wasn’t just poor service – it was harassment. Triptovana’s response? ZERO concern. ZERO responsibility. ZERO basic human decency. They couldn’t care less if their customers were in danger. No apology. No action. No shame. To anyone considering booking with them: DON’T. Especially if you’re traveling with women or expect even a shred of safety, professionalism, or basic respect. Triptovana is a dangerous, irresponsible company that should not be in business. SHAME on Triptovana. NEVER AGAIN.

We had a very disappointing experience with this agency. At the planning stage, everything seemed fine, but once we were on our trip, it became clear that the hotels were poorly chosen. This resulted in unnecessary travel time and inconvenience for us. To make matters worse, payments to the hotels were not properly managed, and we ended up losing more than 3 hours trying to coordinate between the agency and the hotels. In moments where we expected them to handle unexpected circumstances with care and professionalism, their management completely took a backseat. Instead of assisting us with reasonable alternatives, we were pressured to stay in hotels we did not like. When we resisted, the situation escalated to the point where we were left stranded late at night, essentially forced to pay extra money just to continue our journey. Out of sheer frustration and exhaustion, we eventually paid, but the entire experience left us feeling cheated and stressed rather than cared for as customers. They could and should do much better! WORST COMPANY TO PLAN TRAVEL with!!! Major safety concerns, they won’t care if you’re 2000 kms away from your home! They can stop you midway and won’t if you’ve have old family members, kids and women along with you! Worst experience ever!

No matter what some of the recent fake reviews says to cover up what you did with us in our recent trip to Meghalaya, Rahul from this company is the worst ever employee any company can have. Stopping the traveller midway in night with group of girls is pure harassment and shame on trip planners. No matter what because of employees like Rahul and such companies, INDIA IS NOT SAFE FOR GIRLS….. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!
