Incredible experience. We went this year during Holi holidays, spent 4nights 5days and went to Gangtok & North Sikkim. Our journey right from airport pickup on Day 1 to drop on day 5 has been awesome. The hotels provided to us were all neat & clean and our trip driver (Ramesh) was such an humble guy, he just made our trip pleasant. Thank you Tripsky.

Horrible experience with this Travel Agency, A planned trip to Gangtok, Nathula, Lachung and Darjeeling We where 24 paxs including senior persons, which we have mentioned almost 10-20 times to plan accordingly and they done exactly the opposite, worst hotels selection in all the places, worst hotels services worst food and meals, worst transportation and travel selections, everyone is carrying rude behaviour and misbehaving nature. ONLY THE DRIVERS ARE COOPERATIVE AND GOOD IN NATURE, we have to complete this tour anyhow because we have paid all the amount in advance. But we 100% recommend NOT to select this travel agency or travel agent you will suffer very badly and ruined your tour completely.

Hi I was presenting the group of Universal Biotech Industries, which was kept outside by keeping it in Alaya Resort and baar in Gangtok. Excellent hotel .Excellent location. Staff behavior was awesome. Its restaurant was very neat and clean. so all my guests were very happy and I will request those who are reading my status whenever you use to come gantok come once in the Alaya resorts and baar, Must go you will get a great experience.

Amazing hotel, spacious rooms,best food in restaurant,staff so hospitable, car on time with good behaviour of driver working also as a guide . Tripsky and also specially thanks to Sneha madam you provided best services to me and my family .

Very polite, prompt response. Drivers and staff were punctual and very understanding.. they even explained heritage and history of various places we visited. The company was prompt and efficient in solving our grievances, which were negligible as the service was very good everywhere we stayed.The trip CoOrdinator remained in touch twice a day. 100 % value of our expenditure and 0% space for complaint. Thank you for making our tour memorable. We got to experience snowfall in Lachung.Thanks to Mr.Sujan who was always there for every requirements and amendments needed during the trip.I would specially suggest my colleagues to stay at Hotel Mandarva Gangtok.Location is very nice and view from hotel was awesome.

One of the worst travel agent i have ever found till date. They gave us detailed itinerary for a four nights travel at gangtok. As and when we reached NJP, they took(in my term robbed) their money and then they showed their true colours. They talked rudely, unprofessionalism at its peak. They didn't showed us the places as per the details of the itinery. At the end of the trip they didn't even provided us the car from gangtok to NJP. and before the end of the trip they were suppose to take us to Rabangla and few other tourist spots. Whoever is reading the reviews please don't go by these cheat travel agent and don't stay at Alaya Resort and spa at Gangtok as provided by them. They are packed. Because of this thugs the local Sikkimese people names gets ruined.

We had a horrible experience from day one itself we were there getting harassed for the covid result about which the driver had no knowledge Infact he had knowledge about nothing These people have zero coordination. imagine you go on a trip and the driver is taking money from you and the agent is like no no we can't do anything about it would you be praising them?? Secondly these people cheated us and took more than the amount we had talked about. They simply lied that they will return the extra amount which they took extra during the trip. My friends and I had a very bad time trying to make these people help us which should have been their responsibility. They were only nice to us till we didn't pay after that they lied and cheated and left us feeling stupid for trusting them with the trip. Me and my friends will never recommend this travel company to anybody at all..

we have enjoyed a lot. It was Amazing trip. I would like to convey special thanks to the TRIPSKY team for making our trip memorable. It was perfectly prepared itinerary with minimum cost. Above all, 24X7 cooperation was there from your team. But we were not able to enjoy that much in last 2 days of darjeeling due to some unforeseen situations i.e, elections. Though extra arrangements were done from your side at same cost. Hotels were good as expected. Hotel staff were also cooperative everywhere. Room booked at Hotel park palace at Lachung had beautiful natural scenery view from window. All the vehicles booked and drivers were very cooperative. Overall i had a great experience. I want to convey special thanks to shri Lakshan Barman ji, Vikas ji and sujan ji who were with us everytime we wanted. I will also suggest my friends to plan with TRIPSKY.
