Excellent service and I really looking forward for the next trip with travelmagix

The tour was very well arranged, pickup from Delhi Apt to drop off.Our driver Shyam Singh was very well mannered and soft spoken and was very fit for our trip especially when we were with kids.The guides arranged at Jaipur (Mr Manoj) and Deepak at Agra was very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodative. Only hiitch we had was the breakfast area in the hotel we stayed at Agra (Howard Plaza - The Fern). The buffet area was very messy with lots of flies and food were kept open as well.

All in all, a good trip organised by Piyush and we'll assisted by Vishu.

Piyush and his team are very professional and can be reached out at any time if required.

We were very disappointed with our travel arrangements. We asked for 4 star hotels. These hotels were NOT 4 star. The rooms were not clean. We had rooms with cobwebs and buckets of water outside our room. The one hotel looked like it was for homeless people. We had a breakfast which had bugs in it. The food was horrible. We were told we would have a car in Goa and instead were put in a coach bus. Our coach bus in Goa was boring and a waste of our time as they did not speak English or explain anything to us. I do not speak Hindi so it was rude on the tour bus driver to speak to us in Hindi when they knew we speak English. We expected to go to the beach and they took us to this indoor snow playground which we were totally not interested in since we are from a cold winter climate. This tour was only good for Indians looking for a cheap holiday. Foreign tourists will not be happy going on a tour bus with a guide that doesn’t speak English. Then Piyush told us the monumental fees were covered in pour package and then we ended still paying the fees.

Overall my trip was ok except for trip at Fatepur Sikri. I have reason to believe that the operation at Fatepur Sikri is being controlled by some thugs like people. Although guide was knowledgeable but was not comfortable. Guide service was mentioned to be complimentary but money was demanded.

I must complement the driver who was nice and accommodating.

As a tourist I think, I can manage without the guides who are of not much value as all the required information are available in YouTube.

Should I travel to India again, I will not be taking any guide but just a good driver.

I booked this trip with Travmagix after I got this travel agent detail from Tripcrafters. Com. Their quote was the most economical and comprised proper inclusions.
Initially I was a bit doubtful on the quality of service and the allotment of hotel rooms that we would receive considering I was travelling with family.
But Piyush sir proved us wrong. The trip was well organized. Our on the go requests were heeded. Our driver Mr Balvinder Singh (DL11 5333) was a perfectly calm n composed driver just like you would expect when travelling with a family.
We stayed in Delhi Agra and Jaipur.
Following were the hotels allowed to us -
Citi International Delhi
Alleviate - Agra
Vesta/ regents central - Jaipur

Although the hotel rooms were not the best of the rooms in Delhi, the room service was good.
Citi International hotel in Delhi has a deluxe and semi delux version of rooms and we expected a better room when with family, since the semi delux dint had elevator.
The hotels in Agra and Jaipur were really good and we really appreciate Travmagix in arranging them for us. The last moment change of hotel for the last night in Jaipur was not welcomed by my family, but still both the hotels were good.

The local guides in Agra and Jaipur were knowledgeable but it would help if they take us to the shopping places only with our consent. I understand they have their commissions with the local shops, but it wastes some time unnecessarily.

No words to applaud the driver Mr Balvinder. He is an unusual Punjabi calm driver who makes sure the travel us hassle-free

We planned the tour as we wished. Piyush and Karishma were in easy contact all the time. They let us choose the places to go each day and the drivers were really flexible, specially our Kerala's driver, Abdul, who was excellent.

The hotels were fine. You need to take in mind that the 4 stars hotels in India aren't the same than in the west countries. You can find dirty sheets and uncleaned bathrooms or expect to sleep in a mattress over the floor in a double room (when you expect triple accommodation). That happenned to us in some of the hotels. We had other minor issues but Piyush helped us to fix them.

So, if you want to travel to India with comfort and if you need to save time, I recommend you this agency that also have very good prices.

Very professional. Tour organised at brief notice, from France : excellent communication, quick and clear response to successive queries. Mr Priyush and his team really try to adjust to your requirements. We highly recommend.

We personally thank Mr. Piyush for arranging this wonderful trip. He took so much care to craft the trip as we required. He also made so much attempts to make sure as to whether we were ok with everything throughout the trip. The best driver we ever we had was Mr. Jawan Singh. On the whole it was a memorable trip.

Travmagix did an excellent job from the on set of our planning up until the end of our journey. Piyush provided flawless assistance in the planning and organising of our trip and kept in touch every step of the way. Service from the drivers Pawan, Manni, Zahid and Pridesh was excellent! Both Piyush and Kapil kept us posted on up coming schedules and the daily tour arrangements. All our guides especially Anurag and Anil were exceptionally great, knowledgeable, accommodating at fitting in our prayer time into our tour schedules and they are true experts in their respective field. Well done! I will definitely recommend Travmagix for a fun, adventurous and exciting India holiday experience of your life!

I had a family trip with them, overall I was satisfied. Rate was reasonable, the car provided was new, hotel choices given was OK (they all included with breakfast, it just hotel in Delhi is old). Some more, the driver, Binder, will be with you all the times to covered our plan (and he is always on time too!). It is a bit hard to cover full the itinerary as per plan given due to traffic conditions and also because we spent longer time on each attraction (+shopping :)), unless if you have spare 1 day extra. The only time we had a bit difficulties when we request to go to street market, I guess because its not part of their itinerary. Lastly, Mr. Piyush is very helpful in accommodating our request. Surely, I will recommended this travel agent.

Poor arrangements accommodation was bad. Did not enjoy the trip as the hotel and airport was quite a distance. Most of the day was spent in traveling alone!

I just had trip with them it’s not that much good.first driver not fast enough as I noticed some point he drives very slow so we can some miss some places and we missed few places as time running out.we told Priyush sir as well.guide at Jaipur and at Taj Mahal not honest at all.jaipur guide didn’t show us full amber fort and keep taking us to his shops.delhi hotel is not good at all as I requested before to Priyush sir but he didn’t change it.over all trip was ok but as all know Priyush is very very helpful .

For us foreigners we think of safety all the time . Hence , I booked it with a known travel agency. Mr. Piyush was very accommodating in every step of the way from beginning to end and anytime of the day. Even after your tour, he will check up on you to see how the service provided that day. All of things good with travmagix but the guide man that they send very very dishonest. Tricky. .. but our driver mr Bal winder singh very good man with best behavior. Totally i'm satisfied with travimagix holiday

We had great experience with travmagix - piyush.. Best part of the trip was everything offered was as per promises. Accommodation was superb..orchid island in munnar was just great. Staff was superb and trip vehicle and driver was also great. overall best experience and will plan another trip with them surely.

Absolutely reliable agency for tours. I had engaged Travmagix for 2 separate tours this month and they delivered excellent service, real value for money and commendably courteous service. As an NRI family on vacation, we were fortunate to get connected to Travmagix.
They organized the Pune-Pandharpur-Shirdi-Pune sector travel and hotels very well. The driver Dileep was a good man, very dependable.
The second leg of our trip was the Golden Triangle Delhi-Agra-Jaipur sector, a 5N/6D package. Our driver Kuldeep was a gentle Sardar who was most kind, cooperative and safe on road.
Thanks to Mr Piyush Trivedi for the wonderful coordination. He also arranged an extended trip to Mathura, a fulfilling visit to Krishna janmabhumi.
The guides provided at Agra and Jaipur were good.
Quite simply our travel experience with Travmagix was smooth, safe and memorable!

Despite our request being a very late one, travmagix carefully crafted an awesome itinerary. Piyush was very responsive and prompt, and was very flexible according to our needs. The whole trip was fantastic! The Hotels, the drivers and the locations and the price - everything was just awesome. Would highly recommend Travmagix!

My first visit to India 6 days on North and South 10 days. I would say excellent plan excellent travel agent. Mr Piyush insure that I hand my best vacation with very good and helpful driver in North as well in South. was great to have guide in Jaipur, Sikri and Agra I got very good advice and a lot's of information about history. defiantly Travmagic Holidays will be my 1st travel agent on my next trip.

Travmagix Holidays is by far one the best packages for foreigners. The service and hospitality was at it's peak. My wife and I had a truly magical experience with Travmagix Holidays.

too many things on this trip were bad... cheap, no English guide, always taken to places to sell you things, re-drected to third rate tourist places etc. etc.

They provide simple and must see itinerary, above moderate services and the driver, Yaspal is extremely friendly. Too bad that i dont have a chance to see Mr Piyush. Overall we had a wonderful trip, and the accomodations are perfect.

A huge thanks to TRAVMAGIX HOLIDAYS for the memorable trip we had. Everything went on smoothly, despite our arrival flight to Delhi being delayed. TRAVMAGIX holidays coped with it and everything happened as per the planned itinerary. Mr Piyush Trivedi of TRAVMAGIX holidays is a man of words. He did everything as he promised and he even provided us with a complimentary guide at Delhi. All hotels booked by him was fine and car provided for travel was comfortable with competent driver. Guides provided necessary information for every site. Really my husband and I had a marvelous time during our trip. Driver very good.

Hotel in Jaipur was not great compared to same grade of hotel in Agra. Jaipur hotel had a very good location but there were a few problems in the room - electric sockets not working (some fixed but later on failed again), shower not draining properly (reported but not attended to), one rather basic dining room - no proper coffee - dessert at dinner comprised a tub of ice-cream.

We were glad we changed the itinerary slightly by seeing the Agra Fort in the afternoon on day 2, seeing the Taj Mahal at dawn on day 3 and then checking out of the hotel and departing for Jaipur. Also leaving Jaipur at midday on day 5 and being dropped at Delhi airport which is on the way in to Delhi fro Jaipur and avoids some heavy traffic.

Had a good trip with family for Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Mussourie for 8 Days. Hotels offered and cab service from dehradun to mussourie is excellent. Golden Triangle Cab can be better. Guides are good and shared lot of information for the monuments, but little planning was missed in Jaipur so that we have wasted a half day at Jaipur. Other than this everything went well with the trip.

Well organised trip. Driver, trip planners arrangements were gud. Driver used to come in time everyday. Places coverage at Delhi Agra and Jaipur was also gud. Only the guide at Delhi was not what to explain on monuments and weight swing places. Be careful while going out for shopping. Shopkeepers might mint your money.

1. Transportation was very good.
2. Driver was an excellent in behavior and driving. we felt just like our family member.
3. We stayed in Hotel Ruthana in Srinagar and Hotel Midway in Pahalgam. These hotels are below average and not for stay. i shall never recommend to my friends or family members.
4. If Travmagix will offer this type of hotels in package to customers, it will no more in the market.
5. Travmagix charges are very high in comparison of his services.
6. I shall not recommend to take package for any tourist place from Travmagix.
7. My experience is very very bad with Travmagix.
