We have taken 25 yrs plan and they r providing one complementary trip within india . Resort is booked by them for 2 nights and 3 days. remaining all expenses like Travel charges, food, site seeing charges etc will be in our scope.
overall the trip was good.
here are the few observations about the resort they booked " CASA AHANA"
Resort is open 24/7 where guests can come anytime from beaches or site seeing
Resort is just 5-6 km from well known beaches like Baga calagunte
Resort has young and energetic staff who treats guests very well
Resturant food is very tasty but compared to other restaurants cost is more
Resort is maintained very clean n higenic
Nikumoni is very friendly and approachable at any time whenever we need anything
Improvement
Bar has less options and cost is more
Food combination can be improved incase of breakfast

Vivek was extremely friendly and approachable. He kept me informed about my hotel/change in hotel in advance and has caused no inconvenience. He was also available to speak to a hotel manager at night hours for some inconvenience which we faced. This is going an extra mile to ensure all arrangements were taken care. He choose the post apt communication technique which made us make quick decisions.
Rajasthan Cabs and all there drives were very friendly and totally enjoyed the tour around the state.
Special thanks to Jeetu Bhaiya and Ashok Bhaiya for taking care of us like a family and made us feel like home in a new land.
Totally loved our stay at Jaipur, Jaiselmer (desert camp) and Udaipur.
Except for Chandra Inn, we had a comfortable stay everywhere.
