Trip For: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur
We were promised with many things before payment but once we paid we got to see many promises broken. Below are the points which was promised and not delivered
1. Visa issued with wrong details that to just before travel due to which we had to take risk and travel with wrong visa
2. Booking vouchers were never given to us
3. After reaching Singapore we had to call one number which was shared in last minute, and we had to wait in airport for two hours
4. During the time of booking, money was taken to different hotel but actual booking was done in very cheap hotel
5. We had booked room with additional bed but in hotel room was blocked without additional bed due to which we had to pay extra
6. We were promised to give two rooms as soon as we reach Singapore as we had kids but we had to sit out of lodge till 2Pm to check in
7. We were promoting give water bottles but that was not done
8. We dint get promised activities in Sentosa island we ended up wasting our time
9. Bus booked from Singapore to Malaysia was below average
10. Cabs in Malaysia were below average
This are few things which I remember there are many more which I don’t remember
