What's Good: Very bad experience. Nothing to like since they spoil our trip
What's Not Good: We had a terrible experience with Travelicious Tours on our recent 7-day Masai Mara and Amboseli trip. Their poorly planned itinerary wasted 2 full days of our trip. Out of our limited time, the driver completely skipped two game drives in Masai Mara – which was the main highlight of the trip! There was zero accountability or communication from their side.
To make things worse, the hotel they booked for us at Amboseli was a shocking 80 km (2 hours) away from the actual national park. This not only drained our time and energy but also made the entire experience frustrating. The hotel itself was in a pathetic condition, and we had to check out the very next day due to how bad it was.
Overall, this was a nightmare of a trip – completely mismanaged and nowhere close to what was promised. I strongly urge anyone considering them to stay away from Travelicious Tours. Do not engage with Rahul, Roy, or Rose from their team – they were unhelpful and unprofessional throughout.
