Does not deserve my single star also. Writing this review after months and months of following up. I had a Maldives trip with them for which they collected refundable TCS from me and till date they are either ignoring my emails or calls or just bluffing around. I have taken another trip from them and asked them to balance the TCS amount in Bali package but they dint, they gave me email saying that be assured your refund will be provided but now they are just playing around. I have referred other couple during Maldives trip but they refunded them TCS but they dint refund for me. For Bali package, in a nutshell they gave dreamy vacation itinerary with very well planned and all view points included details. Just the day when I land in Bali, i received a local package with almost 50% of the itinerary changed and view points removed. And no response from any of the travel agent. No support i got from them . They take entire package money in 2 months advance showing a different and detailed itinerary but the actual itinerary that they provided was very limited and very cheaper local package which felt like a scam. Even the local driver said that I cannot help because I have been asked to follow this local package and its business scam and many travellers have complained about this. HIGHLY UNRELIABLE TRAVEL AGENT

We recently booked our Maldives trip through Travel Yatree and it was an incredible experience except few hotel reservation glitches which were later rectified. Suraj from Travel Yatree had booked comfortable accommodations and commute arrangements.

Very bad experience with Travel Yatree. They could neither arrange booking nor refunded my initial deposit. Deepender Kumar and Suraj from Travel Yatree assured me refund but later on stopped taking my calls. Very inefficient and unprofessional approach.
