We found Travel & Links through Tripcrafters.

We worked closely with Travel & links in terms of setting the itineraries, hotels as the entire package was very expensive. We didn't want any surprises once we reached there.

Our flight from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro was pre-poned and as soon as we sent the message our pick ups were changed. We did not have to worry about anything. Tanzania was the best experience of our entire trip. We still don't realize how those 6 days were spent. Would only make changes in the stay at Arusha. The Arumeru lodge as such was alright but after the service we received at Sopa lodges this was falling quite short on our expectations.
South Africa was also well organized. The things we did not like cannot be blamed at Travel & Links as it not in their hands: that the people in the restaurants we were booked at were not as understanding specifically & only Raj in Suncity.

Kenya section would not recommend for a day in Nairobi. That was the only setback, as the car given was not good: an old fashioned van. People were friendly and nice. Would recommend that on return flights just take the ones which make you reach home the fastest.

As for the service received by Travel & Links in Mumbai was exceptional and the their counterparts in both Tanzania & South Africa & Kenya were also good.


We would recommend them and also contact Travel & Links for our future travels also.

We had a good experience.. Trip was well oraganized but we can still work on the packages as there is always a little scope of improvement.. Rest everything was perfect.. Hope to make many more trips with you guys.. Thanku:)

Good Service

We found Travel links via Tripcrafters, rest assured, this review is an unbiased one.

We ensured everything was well organised since it was quite an expensive holiday - South Africa & Kenya. All the organising in Kenya was exceptional, no complains whatsoever; however, there were some unpleasant conversations with the SA agent at the end of the journey - no fault of Travel Links, though I do hope they are using a different agent now.

What I liked:
- I have not interacted with an agency their size which is so professional
- Everything they do is with keeping the customer in mind from a 'value for money' & experience perspective
- All communication/ transactions are clear, transparent and honest, therefore very trustworthy and reliable
- They understood our need with respect to budget & holiday pace i.e. if we wanted a fast 'checklist' type holiday or a relaxed one

What could be better:
- It would be good for them to know a little more about the geographies, hotels & facilities they deal with. A suggestion would be to use lonely planet/ tripadvisor (I swear by them)
- I am very risk averse and would urge them to forecast risks using their experience. This is a tricky one but I think they have experience, know-how and contacts to do this

Would I suggest them to friends & family - absolutely!
