We two families booked the Srilanka Ramayana Land Tour for 8 days during the first week of February 2024 through Ms NEHA of M/s Travel Frame, Chandigarh.We found that Ms Neha is very good & reliable, dedicated tour arranger.She made the tour itenary & its arrangements including transport & stay in four star hotels in srilanka, very well. Our stay experience in all hotels, EXCEPT ONE Namely GARTON'S CAPE ,Denuwila, Ahangama( in which it was horrible) was more than satisfactory & good. Though Garrton's Cape Hotel location & appearance was good But it's services were very poor.Its manager, Mr Indica, & other staff were very rude and discurteous . It's Spread for dinner & breakfast was not only very restrictive but also not upto the mark & bad. Add to injury I & my wife couldn't sleep as the Room Air conditioner was not working in my room.I will give the review on the Garton's cape seperately along with photographs. Barring this, our tour was very good. Big Thanks to Ms Neha for her efforts, availability & also for upgradation of rooms in hotel Radisson, Colombo. Praveen Kashyap.

We decided to do the Golden Triangle tour of 5 nights and 6 days, that goes from Delhi-Agra-Jaipur. We arranged directly from Italy by phone. I was in contact with Neha, the girl who assisted us the whole time and was always available for any eventuality. She also took care to book for us a train ticket from Jalandhar to Delhi since we were leaving from another state and also to book a room in a hotel near the airport to facilitate our return on the last day. The tour includes a night and breakfast in beautiful hotels, the one in Agra was my favorite, really charming and perfect, while the one in Delhi and Jaipur unfortunately disappointing in cleanliness and food. We always had the driver with us who accompanied us and waited for us everywhere but I suggest you do not consider having guides (recommended by the driver not the agency) in any of the cities because they are always in a hurry and do not care to show you the cities or attractions properly, they only take you to those tourist places with which they are affiliated and from which they earn money, it is feasible to go around on your own by being careful and saving the guide money. I recommend you to rely on this agency if you want to do this kind of tour and get in touch with Neha, who will try to help you as much as possible whit her availabilty and kindness. At the end of the tour even if you are very tired as you travel a lot by car from one city to another (an average of 5 hours) it was a wonderful tour, I saw places that I will remember forever like the immense Taj Mahal. India definitely remained in our hearts! Thank you dear Neha!
