We two families booked the Srilanka Ramayana Land Tour for 8 days during the first week of February 2024 through Ms NEHA of M/s Travel Frame, Chandigarh.We found that Ms Neha is very good & reliable, dedicated tour arranger.She made the tour itenary & its arrangements including transport & stay in four star hotels in srilanka, very well. Our stay experience in all hotels, EXCEPT ONE Namely GARTON'S CAPE ,Denuwila, Ahangama( in which it was horrible) was more than satisfactory & good. Though Garrton's Cape Hotel location & appearance was good But it's services were very poor.Its manager, Mr Indica, & other staff were very rude and discurteous . It's Spread for dinner & breakfast was not only very restrictive but also not upto the mark & bad. Add to injury I & my wife couldn't sleep as the Room Air conditioner was not working in my room.I will give the review on the Garton's cape seperately along with photographs. Barring this, our tour was very good. Big Thanks to Ms Neha for her efforts, availability & also for upgradation of rooms in hotel Radisson, Colombo. Praveen Kashyap.

We have recently visited Kerala to celebrate our Marriage Anniversary and booked a package from travelframe and it was the wonderful experience we had there and trip was planned by Neha ma’am very well and hotel booked was so nice and travel arrangements were nice too, all in though we had great experience booking our trip with TravelFrame and Neha.

Our honeymoon trip to Goa with Travel Frame agency was amazing! Yogesh organized everything within our budget, covering all parts of Goa. We explored North and South Goa, went scuba diving, enjoyed a dinner cruise, visited Dudhsagar waterfall, and toured a spice plantation. What made it even better was how they made us feel special at every event, especially the romantic candlelight dinner at the hotel.
