Good morning, myself Chandrashekar C L and my wife Bharathi from Bangalore RT Nagar, opted and booked for Singapore and Malaysia group tour 23rd to 28th July 2025 package through Mango Leaf Holidays, operated by Mr. Manjunath from their Bangalore office inclusive all package.

Yes, in this group my and our 22 members bad experience I would like to share for improvisation as a suggestion to Mango Leaf Holidays and Travel Buddy holidays to ensure such lapses are not repeated in upcoming your group tours.

Suggestions to Mango Leaf Holidays /Travel Buddy Head
1. Please ensure in advance delivery of Air Tickets for TO and Fro.. onward and return confirmed one's your team members/respective responsible team leader should have finger tip information on each traveling members details and timely update to customers. As we had bad experience in this area as shared by each member of the group.
2. Collecting original Passports and on time returning to customer's by hand OR personal delivery prior to scheduled travel date. But, this area you need to improve,as all travels had many questions on this as you guys had handed over our Original passports at last minute at Airport on our travel date, this is very serious as we don't know about of any emergencies and our family members were in dark whether travel will happen are not and it's very risky at last minute. Please do ensure on dot without any lapses by handover original documents prior to travel date in advance.
3. Please consider strictly when traveling members rises any grievances, as we were made to travel unnecessary from Bangalore to Chennai and to Singapore for transit. We had really tuff time and hectic travelling to start from leaving our houses from different parts of cities and not arranging even snacks and dinner for such an hectic travel by elderly and older people.. please make sure such lapses doesn't occur to any of your valued customers and upcoming trips.
4. Above all, we have been made to wait an Hour after check out from Singapore Airport for Bus to drop to hotel for freshen up after hectic travel.. even your Mr Raghu tour Manager was helpless to get it on time. Please have a proper coordinator travel agency who endures time delivery at future dates.
5. Further to above, even at Hotel Check-in at Value Thompson we have been made to wait 2 hours at lobby with Luggage kept at one corner and no proper seating arrangement for waiting customers. Please please do ensure that no one will suffer by such lapses.
6. All 3 time Food arrangements at Singapore needs to be improved by selecting more of Indian food options and this was one concern at Singapore.
But, in Malaysia everything is awesome and everyone linked it, like Guide, on time transportation and transfer, food was excellent and even stay was too good.
I am sorry, I have no option left to bring it your knowledge for your improvement at customer and your business end as everyone is spending hard-earned money and time for their happiness at this older age's too .

Day 1. ? We have recorded proof and chats on their official WhatsApp Group ? The CEO, Saurav Chakravorty, and his entire team acted with utter ruthlessness and zero professionalism ? They kept changing POCs, hotels, and itinerary WITHOUT any prior notice ? No accountability, no empathy — just false promises and mental harassment We were left stranded, misled, and manipulated. Basic arrangements were ignored, and there was a shocking lack of humanity and ethics in handling senior citizens, families, and pilgrims who trusted them. ? They are not travel planners — they are emotional and financial looters, exploiting people’s faith. ? If you're even considering booking with them — DON’T. Save your peace, money, and dignity. This operator deserves to be investigated, not trusted. I urge others who’ve been misled by them to come forward and speak up. Let’s ensure no more innocent travelers are trapped by their deceit.
