We are not happy with this experience.
No one turned up to pick us at appointed place/time and after a lot of trouble, about 3 hours delay and several frantic calls, we contacted the car owner who parked the vehicle far away and we had to walk about two Kms with luggage. It appears that the travel agency has given the job to some taxi owner who gave it to someone else. Then this taxi owner insisted that two persons will accompany us as drivers (maybe his friend wanted a free ride), we refused and he reluctantly sent one person as our driver who had no knowledge of the ways/routes of various places of our visit and we had to guide him through Google map on our mobile. Vehicle was not in good condition and looked battered from outside though thankfully it gave no trouble on the way. In Agra, the hotel East End, where we were booked (we had vouchers) refused us on the ground of no vacancy and sent us to second hotel namely Raj Paradise, which sent us to yet another hotel named Royal Inn where we stayed, which was at an obscure place, was apparently a new hotel but had no restaurant, AC not working, bathroom basin not working and lacked other basic amenities, not to talk of free Wi-Fi promised to us.
We are now reconciled to the facts after realizing that we made a mistake in booking through this travel agency. While booking and collecting money, they had talked big but on arrival they did not offer any help despite repeated calls.
In the end at Delhi, the Hotel had no confirmation of our booking, the driver asked us more money for Toll/ parking and extra mileage and again we had to engage in many calls to taxi owner/agency to sort this out.
I am sorry but I shall not be recommending this travel agency Travel4delight to anyone.
