I recently had a terrible experience with Tourepedi, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap. In my case, they not only took advantage of my trust but also swindled an extra 25000 rupees from me, far exceeding the originally agreed-upon price. What's more concerning is that Tourepedia seems to operate under dubious circumstances. Despite their claims, there is no physical office of Tourepedia in the North-east region; all their employees are situated in Rajasthan. This lack of local presence raises questions about their knowledge of the ground-level situation and their ability to provide reliable services. I strongly advise against using Tourepedia for your travel needs. Instead, I suggest considering alternative options. One option is to search for local taxi services, which often offer competitive rates and provide a more personalized experience. Alternatively, you can explore tour agencies that have been officially authorized by the Sikkim government. The Sikkim Tourism website provides a list of such authorized agencies, ensuring that you deal with reputable and reliable travel partners. By choosing authorized travel agencies or local taxi services, you can have peace of mind, knowing that your travel arrangements are in the hands of trustworthy professionals. It's important to be cautious and do thorough research before making any bookings, especially when dealing with companies like Tourepedia that have proven to be untrustworthy.

We are so grateful to Mr Haripal Singh ji for making all the arrangements at Sikkim. The hotels were all good including the driver partners. We were fortunate enough to have Mr Karma Bhutia who was our driver partner at north Sikkim. His punctuality, honesty & humbleness have won our hearts. He also guided us throughout the trip making our journey wonderful. His driving skills are excellent. We strongly recommend Tourpedia for such beautiful vacations. They are service oriented and always give their best in the interest of their customers/guests.

It was a very well planned trip to Sikkim by Kunal Singh from Tourpedia. All the hotels suggested, itinerary planned was superb. All vehicles provided were good and drivers were very good and trained. Also, at last minute our flight time changed and that time also, Kunal helped lot and quickly arranged new accomodation at Siliguri which was also fantastic. Overall it was a very nice trip and thanks to Kunal and Harpal Singh from Tourpedia for arranging this memorable trip.

I completed my tour to Gangtok and Darjeeling, completely planned and organized by Tourepedia. It was really very well coordinated and organized by Mr. Harpal Singh and being available 24/7. Me and my family would like to extend our special thanks to Mr. Bharat Singh for being able to resolve a transport issue in the best possible manner. Without this I wouldn't have been able to give a 5-star rating to Tourepedia.

After I shared my requirements with Gautam from TourePedia and finalized one of the quotes for Darjeeling, Sikkim Hotel plus Sightseeing package, it was a smooth sail to follow the itinerary and experiencing a good support through out the journey from TourePedia ends. The cabs for Sightseeing and drivers were very friendly and very skillful when it comes to driving and comfort on winding roads and tough terrane of hills. Booked sikkim n darjelling trip from tourpedia. Had gr8 experience. Hotels,cabs all were good. Liked katau road hotel at lachung the most.their staff was most helping sincere. Rest hotels food was also good.spevial thanks to tourpedia's haripal singh and vikram singh to plan our holidays well. We went from 24th June to 3rd July and rains were heavy and people were not getting lachen lachung permit but they arranged it .

Booked for Gangtok-Pelling-Darjeeling trip via TravelTriangle. Mr Kunal from tourepedia handled my booking. In the initial phase of the booking he was very polite and answered all queries politely but once my booking gets confirmed and payment done, his attitude changed. My initial booking was 1.94 lac via TravelTriangle, but later he modified the package to 1.1lac on TravelTriangle and asked me to pay 84k seperately to save commision paid to TravelTriangle. Mr Pratap was handling my day to day cab booking. He was very polite and appreciate that.
