Please don't booked this tour travels it's a very bad experience with us he has promise to me in the package not full film by him and also very good behaviour to us he has not provide to room in the houseboat he is not provide is not given the room stay in the sonmarg and Gulmarg . driver was very rude he was not complete to our tour packages .

from this travel

Recently I booked a 7N/8D Kashmir tour plan with Tour World Travels and the experience was close to horrible. Let me tell few examples my worst experiences with them -

1. After I booked the travel with them, the travel agent won't receive my calls straight away, it takes at least 4-5 calls and messages to get a response from them.
2. Before the date of our travel I have to reach out to them 10 times to get the contact details of Driver who will be picking us up from airport. Finally, they shared the number after multiple follow ups at around 11 PM (we had a flight at 6 AM in the morning next day)
3.Even though we booked the tour plan with them 3 months before the actual travel date, still when we reached Sonamarg we found out that the hotel which was supposed to be booked for our stay does not have any booking under our name. Then they have to arrange a replacement hotel and we have to wait till that's done.
4. For Srinagar Houseboat they have booked a boat for us (Supposed to be Deluxe Houseboat) which is at the end of the lake where there is nothing around except for water plants with no view at all. Moreover, the Houseboat was under renovation, and we have to check in into a room which was practically a Godown. It was probably the worst Houseboat you can get in Srinagar (Out of 2000 available Houseboats).

How ever I have to say that the driver was really good and very much helpful and helped us in every possible way to make our trip a better one.

I must say that Kashmir is a beautiful place worth visiting but definitely not with Tour World Travels.

It's an amazing experience traveling through this app had a memorable experience with guided tour by mr.Javed who has done exemplary work in making this one a great tour

Hi.....i'm feeling very happy to right me review here about the TWT services, as we had a superb experience with TWT Srinagar, it was really awesome feeling in terms of servicing and customer support, really loved it so much, i want recommended to the tourist that you can book your package from TWT, as they have very good deals for us interms of save money with excellent stay experience too.
