What's Good: I had an amazing experience booking my Andaman trip through Tour Crafts Agency. The entire trip was hassle-free and extremely well-organized. Right from the beginning, the planning was smooth and thoughtful — the agent was very considerate and ensured all our preferences were taken into account. He was always prompt with responses and provided all the necessary support and information even before the booking was confirmed. Akshat : We are sorry for your experience and that we were unable to correct things to your satisfaction. To be fair, our offered solutions were denied by your family since you wanted us to bear all the costs arising due to trip extension which happened due to landslides and flooding. Our professional team endured the abuses your group had been hurling since 14 days.

Its because of me you guys did not have to face police action and were actually able to beat flooding, get authentic 3 star hotels as per the guidelines issued by ministry of Tourism, India, good food as per your timing, etc. However we do regret your disappointment and if you change your mind about us correcting any issues let us know.
