Kerala tour - Nov 2021. All hotels selected by TCI were at very good location & in very good condition. We faced a little bit problem to find a pure vegetarian restaurant near my hotel at Kovalam. Cab driver was very good but didn't understand Hindi properly & we didn't understand English properly. Overall very good experience. Sandip Bhut. Ahmedabad.

The driver anish is very soft spoken and friendly guy. Because of him we enjoyed each and every moment of the trip. Whole trip was managed properly. We had best time in the lavender houseboat of exotica pvt Ltd. Our houseboat driver mr. Arvind was also very soft spoken, kind, calm and caring person. And the food served in the houseboat was also awesome.

We just finished our trip with this company and had mixed experience.I will go very straight forward. I interested with two people here 1. Jipson (Planner) - If he is planning your trip. you are in good hands. He will make sure and do all he can do to make your stay smooth and comfitable. Thanks for that. 2. Abhijeet (Driver) - He will be available on time during your trip though do not expect any information/guidance as he is not aware of those things.Also if you do not know malyalam, he will be mum most of the times. Secondly he is short tempered so if he is your driver, be ready to hear any bad words.Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Beware of him. Bottom-line is that planners were good but make sure this driver named Abhijeet is not driving your vehicle.
