I had Sikkim and west Bengal pack from khurrana Travells through Mr. Deepak and he managed everything very well and he was constantly in touch with me throughout the tour and he made sure that our tour was comfortable and as mentioned. Good team over all.
I never travelled and had to cancel the trip due to COVID but servicing received is worst

After the cancelation, I patiently waited for 2 months for the refund, these people have been pushing the refund amount dates every 15 days abd havent received it. These people make me to connect to their superior officors who doesnt habe basic etiquite of speaking to customers. I would not recommend this agency at all. Booking through this agency was a mistake

They demanded full payment in advance and then they provided very bad hotels and breakfast, there were cockroaches in the bedsheet in the hotels they provided and the breakfast was very bad. Apart from this, on the last day of trip they demanded extra 2500-3000 rs for diesel stating that landslide has occured and they need to take a longer alternative route to drop us at the airport but in the end somehow, we found out that out of this money around 2000 was the commission of the agency and the agency was lying to us stating that all this money is for the extra diesel while in reality only 300-400rs were needed for the extra diesel. I would recommend not to travel with these guys, they just want to take the money out of the customer's pocket and in return they can't even provided basic hotels and they can lie on your face too.

Good service.... Cooperative staff... We book a trip for sikkim and darjeeling 9N and 10D trip through khurana tours. Driver was good... Mr. Sanjay help us in entire trip. If we want to come again then surely will book through khurana team.

Never take American Plan that’s including BF and Dinner. No one cares for you. You are as per will if driver for sight seeing. Even after paying for entire package, you may end up with bad hotels at Lachen/Lachung and even less than 50% sightseeing as per itinerary.
