If you use Territory Travels as your agent , be prepared for unpleasant surprises. The agent never picks up the phone , you will have to wait for his call back. His follow up is only till you make the payment. Once you become his prey, be prepared to get slaughtered.
Hotels change, vehicle changes & itenary also changes. You need to be prepared for a surprise everyday. Infact most of the details are only verbal , you don't receive a statement for anything.
Lastly don't expect any receipt for your payments.because that is asking for too much. A receipt for Mr. Vikram is sending email details of calculations.
Please don't get cheated like us through the online the false positive feedback .
The one star given is for the driver and guide who were locals and honest.

Dear Iqbal Sir & Nilufur Maam,
First of all thank you so much for your feedback...
I know that you have threatened to give us native review but we want reply on your review as we are confident enough that we don't compromise in our services.
I would like to clear some few points review.....
1.DID WE FAIL TO PROVIDE YOU THE SAID HOTEL ..?
we have provided you the same hotel as promised ..
2. DID WE DEGRADED THE VEHICLE CATEGORY FOR YOUR TOUR ..?
you have booked for Tata Sumo for 4 Adult but we have upgraded to Luxury Innova and Ertiga(But that's seems not in feedback).
3.WAS THE ROOM NOT UPTO THE MARK..?
we have upgraded the room from Standard to Deluxe(But no feedback on the same) we have also provided you room heater without any charge..
4.DID MY DRIVER / GUIDE MISBEHAVE OR NOT COMPLETED THE SAID ITINERARY?
My company has appointed them and all our staff are well trained and has sound knowledge of their services , that is the reason you didn't forget to mention them. My team have completed all the sightseeing points we have promised as per your Itinerary , as well as we have provided 5-6 extra sightseeing points which was not included in the Itinerary.(as we believed that guest should enjoy at the fullest )
5.WAS THE FOOD NOT UPTO YOUR MARK ?
We have provided you package on Breakfast (On daily basis hotels has included Bread Butter ,Jam,Egg,Alu Paharatha,Curd, Cornflakes, Tea Coffee, Juice.)
The main issue was the rate, you was not ready to make the final payment.
Maam please note we don't charge for service which we have not provided,but on the other hand we work on very small margin and waiving any amount after final discussion is not possible as we have to pay to our drivers and Guide the exact amount and on right time , so that they can provide our Guest the best service all time.
Total Package was 79,000/- +5% GST = 82950/-
You paid 40,000 for confirmation, 30000 1 day prior arrival and rest amount you had not interest on paying. Every day you were making excuse for not paying it.
Guide Charges was 1500 per day which you want to do it only on 500/- per day.
You have not even paid the first days Guide charge, on the final day you have paid only 8000/- and left the Hotel.
My Sincerely request to everyone please don't use this page to threaten someone , but instead provided feedback to us so that we have learn and improve our services on regular basis.
