Once I paid the money to temple Mitra before my trip,they didn't even call us back wheather I reached the booked hotel or not.In my entire 6 days trip they didn't call me once.
The hotels provided by them were unhygienic not even stand for 2 star rating.
There was not any correspondence n proper coordination by temple Mitra and the hotel managers and even with the cab driver provided by them.
