I recently traveled to Nepal for 6 days with Swaminarayan Pashupati Yatra Travel agency and had a mixed experience—some aspects were truly commendable, while others could use improvement. Highlights: - The itinerary was thoughtfully planned and customized to fit my travel days. - Rates were genuine and well-justified. - They created a WhatsApp group to coordinate daily plans and driver details—super helpful for staying informed. - For the first two days, the tour guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver during sightseeing. - Most promised sights were covered during the trip. ? Areas of Concern: - On Day 3, the new driver assigned to us was quite rude and reckless. He arrived late in the morning, wasting an hour from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Despite repeated requests to drive slowly and avoid overtaking, his driving remained aggressive—so much that my 2.5-year-old daughter bumped her head against the car window multiple times. - The 200 km journey took an exhausting 10 hours due to multiple delays—charging the electric vehicle, unscheduled lunch breaks, and erratic driving. - After reporting the issue, the agency promised a replacement driver—but their local counterpart refused to change him, citing lack of alternatives. He drove more cautiously afterwards, but at a frustratingly slow pace, rarely exceeding 50 km/h. - One key destination—Gunjeshwari Peeth—was missed by our first driver, despite being part of the itinerary. Final Thoughts: Pashupati Traveler deserves credit for its planning, pricing, and initial support—but on-ground execution matters a lot, especially when it comes to driver professionalism and traveler safety. If you're booking through them, make sure to ask for a reliable, well-reviewed guide/driver. The trip still had memorable moments—but this one incident noticeably hampered the experience.

I have visited Nepal in January 2025 with my husband and It has been most amazing experience with Swaminarayan Pashupatinath travel agency. A huge thanks to Shruti & Raunak ji for crafting each and every detail so perfectly. Their support and co-ordination made our experience so smooth and relaxing. They provided all accommodation as per our choices and arranged activities as per our requirements. I must say they are most budget friendly and reliable source for Nepal also thankyou for the homely delicious food in Pokhara at their own restaurant. Keep it up looking forward for some more trips with you. 10/10 :-)

We have booked this tour through a Google search.We had a family of 11 people We were a bit nervous but it all went well ..It was a very well organised tour ... Throughout the tour they were very supportive and helpful as well..they guided us at every step of the tour Thank you so much Definitely recommend and we also wish to travel again and one question that do you guys arrange another part of India or abroad tour packages ???
