'एसव्हीएम वल्ड नेव्हिगेटर' च्या माध्यमातून ऑक्टोबर २०१८ मध्ये सहकुटूंब केरळ टूरवर गेलो होतो़ 'एसव्हीएम'शी बोलणे झाल्या प्रमाणे विमानाची तिकीटे, केरळ येथे कार आणि पर्यटणस्थळांच्या ठिकानी निवासाची व्येवस्था त्यांनी खूप चांगली केली होती़ विशेष म्हणजे एसव्हीएमच्या पुजा शर्मा मॅडम यांचा पाठपुरावा वेळोवेळी सुरु होता़ पुजा मॅडमचे नियोजन आणि त्यांनी केलेली व्यवस्था इतकी आरामदायक होती की ६ दिवसांच्या टूरमध्ये कसलाही त्रास झाला नाही़ कारचे ड्रायव्हर नसीबजी, यांनी खुपच सहकार्य केले़ वाटेत मेडीकल प्रॉब्लेम झाला होता परंतू नसीबजी यांनी या काळात सर्व व्यवस्था चोख पार पाडली आणि आरोग्य सेवा वेळेवर मिळाली़ केरळहून घरी परतेपर्यंत पुजा मॅडम संपर्कात होत्या़ प्रत्येक अडचण सोडविण्यापासून त्या काळजी घेत होत्या़ त्यामुळे आम्ही परराज्यात आहोत असे जाणवलेच नाही़ केरळला आलेल्या महापूरानंतर एक महिन्यांनी आम्ही केरळला गेलो होतो़ परंतू ड्रायव्हर नसीबजी, पुजा शर्मा मॅडम आणि त्यांच्या एसव्हीएम नेव्हीगटर्सच्या सहकार्यामुळे संपूर्ण टूर आनंददायी झाली़

Recently I visited Himachal -Kufri, Chail and Shimla. Decided to pay visit over long weekend with no hotel bookings. On google I got details of SVM and when contacted Ms Shruti and her team mate understood our requirements clearly and gave me assurance of arranging everything. They gave us various options of hotels and assured us bookings. We went ahead and did the bookings as per their recommendation and decision was good.
Hotel recommended by them were as per our taste and that too at reasonable rates compared to onsite deals.
During entire trip they followed up if everything is fine or need any other assistance.
I will highly recommend SVM for their great service.

I suggest you not to book any tour packages with this tourism very worst tourism whatever promises they have given before booking they will not do after your payment. we suffered a lot with this tousism when we went to manali on May 2018

Svm world navigator is the best in India tit is provide us good and secure service

We booked heaven himachal package from SVM . They had made our trip memorable as everything was up to mark. Our flight got delayed so we reached Shimla at night which was little bit uncomfortable, but after that we had great experience with family. My parents were very happy as it was there first tour towards himachal. SVM made lifetime memories. Assistance provided by agent was good. well planned tour. Hope to see you guys (SVM) soon.

The service was excellent with timely support. Since this was the first trip towards the northern side of India the team was extremely helpful especially the driver who accompanied us from Delhi
