Hi, I have booked a 5 days 4 night Kerala tour package through Sunshine Holidays based on the recommendations sent by your team. The overall experience was really horrible with this travel agency. After collecting the full money on arrival at Cochin, there were no body to look after that. More so ever, the houseboat booked in Alleapy were so bad that its better to tell nothing. And that was a delexe houseboat as per them. Both the captain and the cook were heavily drunked and were not in a position even to stand properly. The food served in the night was morning rice (In which lot of ants were playing) and bread. There were no body in the propoer state of mind to listen. I tried to calling Vinnet (Tour operator) but he was also enjoing party some where in Thisur and were not bother to do anything. Every localites were wondered to see this houseboat booked.
Meanwhile, after the end of this highly remembered journey, I tried calling Vineet and he assured me for the refund. In addition to that I called him at least 5 to 6 times to book our return ticket from Cochin to Bangalore and everytime he assured me that it is done. But on the final day of departure, he told me that it is pending and now only 2 seats are available in a costly bus and that too in the last row and that too in the Hosur link bus. Now neither he nor his superiors are picking my phone or giving any response.
Its my humble request to you not to recommend this operator to anyone.
