Recently had a trip with this travel and feel not comfortable with management. They will never accept in adjustment in the tour plan and they will charge more if any small change in the trip even though it will cover same distance.

They behave good till advance payment. Afterwords, they behave rudely with customers. Worst condition rooms are booked, which are entirely differ from package details.

I have taken my family trip to Shimla Kullu Manali Chandigarh, it was well arranged and we family of 14 including my grandchildren fully enjoyed the trip.
My thanks to Ritu who has coordinated the tour taking care of everything from the start to completion.

We have toured extensively and covered many foreign countries and many places in India and abroad using Sita travels kox and kings Thomascook sotc and more.

Me and my family of 4 members planned a trip to Manali, we gone to through several websites, as we liked the plan we chose stepin holidays. Hii I am Soumya,I am from Odisha.I planned for a Manali trip and mean while i was searching for many tour and travel agencies in net and from all the agencies i choose Stepin Holidays agency for my smooth journey and also in my budget..and my choice was right the arrangement made by Ritu was so nice the bus they arrange was very comfortable and on time..we reached Manali on time and the cab was also very nice and the driver was very friendly and made our trip memorable...He just explained us everything so nicely...and Ritu helped us a lot whenever we were in any confusion in our journey...

We booked for Manali trip for 4N/5D through step in holidays and our tour manager ritu and she arranged everything perfectly, all the hotels were very good and the service provided was good too and the food was great. Everything went smooth as planned and itenary given by ritu Our driver over there was very informative, he knew all the places of tourist interest and the local famous food restaurants, the car we were provided was neat and clean. Overall it was a great experience, we are thankful to step in holidays and ritu for arranging the tour for us very smoothly.

I went on a trip to Kullu Manali with my family on Dec 9,2021. It was a 4 days package which I chose and I would say it was a very nice trip which I had with my family. I have booked Shrinagar,pehalgam,katra, Amritsar tour with step in holidays for 20adult and experience was great. Thanks to ritu mam from step in holidays who managed everything well as per plan. Cabs were good and drivers are really professional and well behaved. Hotels/ properties some how to work on it but food was also good in provided hotels. I would recommend step in holidays tours for safety and certainly would plan other parts of India with step in holidays in future.
